Didn't eat at the bistro. Asked for a microwave (there for 5 nights) and heated up our own breakfast. Reviews hadn't said the bistro was very good and we preferred our approach. Nice, quiet top floor room. I called and asked for the microwave and was offered my choice of floors from Austin (he was great!). We had a perfect end unit near the stairs we used. Parking was easy and free. Was a little worried after some of the online reviews, but we had no problems and would stay again.

Not a lot of food choices nearby, but we know Rochester fairly well and could head to some of our favorites in our rental car.

We enjoyed the suite and separate bedroom layout. It gave us space in our down time with family. Also, A chance to go down to the bistro for a nightcap!

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay to visit family. It was like coming home after visiting with family members.

Nice staff and well maintained property & food was good at restaurant with a good atmosphere Room was good & bed was very comfortable and it was quiet and peaceful Elevator was small and room was a long way from elevator It was difficult to roll luggage cart all that way on the carpet as a petite woman

Very nice staff, kind and helpful. Jason at the Bistro and Bar was especially nice. I had had a rough day with a spouse in the hospital and he was kind. The sandwich he made was delicious too! The front desk staff was terrific too and the room was very clean.

The only thing I can say is they need more garbage cans through out the facility. Small cans in the room but no larger cans anywhere except one in the main lobby.

Modern decor, beautiful lobby, and friendly desk and phone people. Facilities in general were gorgeous and clean and I had a nice balcony. I did not use the pool area but could see it from my balcony and it looked very nice as well as the gardens and benches below my balcony. Bed was comfy with all-white shèets and comforter, so also felt clean. Temperature control of the room was good. I did not use the restaurant or mini lobby market but it looked like they had some great amenities. Coffee was also good. Netflix was available on the tv! Woot woot!

It is a little bit apart from the rest of the restaurants and businesses. This has pros (it's quiet and feels more.private) but I can imagine it would be a long walk to get to a location without a car.

The room was spacious, overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard with a balcony. Beds comfortable, hotel quiet, other guests quiet, office park location was pleasant and safe.

It would be good to have a free hot beverage area which less expensive chains offer in their lobbies. Complimentary breakfast is positive. Since these two items are lacking and there was no microwave in the room, it made our long stay challenging. There is a microwave in the little store in the lobby. One evening the streaming service did not stream smoothly (interruptions)

Rooms were small. Carpeting needs to be replaced.Its time to reinstate daily room service The every two day "refresh" wasn't much.
