Even in July the hotel did not feel over crowded. The pool is perfect, enough sun loungers for all guests and everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were relaxed and friendly and seemed determined to ensure we had a wonderful time. A family feel. Our 8 year old was also made very welcome and he loved the pool and the beach being so close. The pool lifeguards were attentive and friendly to the children and allowed them to have fun whilst keeping them safe. Breakfast amazing, such a range of choice on offer. A really handy private carpark very close by if you've hired a car. The spa is also an added treat. We loved Port de Soller as a whole. You couldnt wish for a better family orientated location. This is a genuine boutique hotel. A little slice of luxury for the week. We will be returning next year. Thankyou for making our summer holiday so special!

I am a coffee snob so I wasn't too keen on the coffee machine at breakfast! That's it. I have no other complaints. It's just perfect!

(+) Most helpful and friendly staff, everyone is very nice and goes above and beyond - this is the key positive of the hotel (+) Great location near the beach. Free parking too a short walk from the hotel (+) Lots of features: poolside bar, spa/sauna, locked bike room, etc. (+) WiFi is fast and works well

(-) Bed / pillows could have been more comfortable, especially for a 4* hotel (-) The spa/sauna is only open certain hours and when it is, the things that should be hot (ex. jacuzzi, sauna, etc.) never really heat up (-) The breakfast was decent, but I'd recommend a bit fewer options and increasing quality

Although little things like gym needs a new fitness bike, complimentary nibbles at the bar not always on offer, Brit disease of sun lounger hogging is embarrassing 07:30 people putting towels on, breakfast buffet organisation a little hit and miss. But little things the Aimia is lovely play to stay staff are so welcoming, PDS is beautiful the Aimia is a superb hotel.

Breakfast here was very good. As well as the usual buffet items of hot and cold food we could order an onlette which was delivered to your table freshly. Our room was nice, we had a superior room which was termed as a Mountain view room. The location of the hotel was excellent. Just one row back from beach area, very close.

Although the bathroom was spacious the sink was very shallow and the tap too close meaning you could hardly get hands under to wash/rinse your face. There was no plus in the sink, so my husband didn't find shaving easy. Also, filling the kettle with water wasn't exactly easy!

From walking in to leaving the staff were fabulous. We were upgraded to suite and thus was wow. Great bathtub and large shower . The living area great and very comfortable bed. The terrace was large with fabulous views. Breakfast was excellent freshly maid omelettes and they have thought of everything. Pool area was great no sunbed wars and people were in the pool as it was sunny but cool pool but the indoor pool was great. We will be back for longer stay. The staff very helpful and knowledgeable about area . Fantastic stay

Hotel is in a great position and breakfast is delicious. There is a huge choice and freshly squeezed orange juice is a treat. We had dinner there a few times and enjoyed that also. The staff are unfailingly polite and helpful in all areas and it says a lot for the place that many of them have been there for years.

Tiny criticism would be the beds are a bit firm for me - obviously not everyone will find that!

Everything. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a very nice experience each morning, there is a great choice of food and drink with seating by the pool area which makes for a lovely calm and relaxing atmosphere. The location could not be better and everywhere from the rooms to the swimming pool toilets is absolutely spotlessly clean.

We honestly couldn’t find a fault

Helpful staff (always greeting and smiling), especially Dina, who was extremely kind. Good facilities, pool, breakfast, convenient location. Appreciated the option to pack you breakfast if you need to leave very early.

Overall I had a great experience and strongly recommend Aimia. Only wish the bed was a bit more comfy and the room decor was slightly more modern.

Staff kind, helpful & compassionate. Reception - nothing too much trouble and always pleased to see you on your return to the Hotel. Rooms cleaned every day to a high standard. Restaurant food is excellent - especially the Turbot Plenty of Sun loungers around the pool for the size of hotel

From the moment we arrived the staff were warm, friendly which continued throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet exceptional with made to order omelettes that were light and fluffy. Dinner again exceptional.. The hotel is located really well close to all amenities We would all stay here again.
