The hotel was well situated in a calm neighbourhood on the edge of Paris. It is not near the main tourist attractions (but this was perfect for me). It was lovely and peaceful at night, you could only hear the nearby peripherique with your window open. It is perfect for solo travellers/friends/couples that have done Paris and it’s sights already and are looking to return for an affordable price and are happy to walk to public transport. There is a bus stop at the end of the street that takes you into Paris, or a tram stop about a block away that takes you to metro line 1 for easy access to the city. An outdoor public swimming pool nearby is available, too.

The breakfast was disappointing. There was a sign up saying only one croissant per person, which I found a bit meagre for breakfast. Maybe it was the time that I went but there did not seem to be a lot of choice. The dining room however was nice and clean.

I took a single room, it was clean and comfortable. Some guests might find the bathroom a bit tiny and the room lacking extra space, but the organization — especially in the bathroom — is so efficient that you truly miss nothing. You even have a desk where you can work quietly if needed. The view from my window was great. Although the hotel is not in the city center, the neighborhood is pleasant and green, with several restaurants nearby, and it’s just a ten-minute walk from a metro station. There are excellent sport facilities, I am not sure if the guests of the hotel can use them, I wouldn't have anyway, so I didn't ask. Overall, a very good stay.

As I said, the bathroom is tiny and the room lacks extra space, and this might upset some customers. You have to walk a lot to move about the hotel, if you're lazy, you won't like it.

The location was excellent—outside the tourist zones, offering a genuine view of local French family life in a quiet and safe area. Great local shops, supermarkets, and good public transportation (metro, tram, buses) within walking distance.

Early check-in wasn’t accommodated, and I had to pay to store my luggage. The room was okay, but the toilet wasn’t very clean—there was hair left in the sink. Reception staff were polite but could improve their English and be more welcoming.

Proximity of Public transport

One lady at the open buffet restaurant talked roughly with me that I was not allowed to take sandwiches and afterwards she continued to have an eye on me on what I was taking for my breakfast and she asked me my card to verify if I stayed at the hotel. She was not welcoming at all. As an Indian lady, we are limited to what we eat normally. We are mostly eggtarian or vegetarian and our choice of food is limited.

Reception opened 24 h, the single room is small but clean. Hot water permanently. Staff excellent. Up 7 floor is also silent. Buffet good breakfast except miss of vegetable. I like very much sorroundings - the best clean air and green forests from Paris. They have good elevators.

Breakfast without tomatos or vegetable and poor in hot products. Soap was poor. No refrigerator ( I reccomend to put 1 refrig on each floor, in common for floor) no air conditioner but in Paris was ok during my visit, 20 degree.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. I was solo so I got a single room, the bed was twin size rather than single by itself which was nice to realise. The room was quite small but it's fine for one person. Metro stations are around 10-15 min walk away from the hotel. Very good value for a hotel in Paris.

The bathroom is TINY. But you get what you pay for. It's not about the room, but on the way to the hotel, at the gardens, there is a strong unpleasant odeur, but I don't think they can change that, just be aware.

I recently visited Paris alone and booked this hotel as it was offering single bedroom. The room was small enough to accommodate single person with the luggage. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was also good. Location was also not very far from the city, be it Effile tower or Louvre Museum you could reach via M6 and M1 in 30-40 minutes. Overall nice stay for a solo Traveller.

The breakfast could have been better for example, instead of vending machines juices they should server fresh one. Noodles, pastas could have been included in the menu.

The property was good, clean, no disturbance, breakfast was really good and its around 800m from nearest metro station so its good. Plus point- They have a locker which you can rent for keeping your stuff after Check out if you have a late train or bus or flight, you can rent it for ac order to your preference time like 5 or 9 hours and pay it.

They didn’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste. The charging ports near the bed are not working only one point was working which was near the study table.

I like the breakfast. It’s my second time here and I really miss my first time more than 2 years ago! Located outside the centre so quiet. It’s relatively inexpensive. On the top floor you can have a nice view but then the fast cars are a bit noisy. It’s near Bercy station.

It’s too hot on the top floor and it doesn’t have any active ventilation. The bathroom is a bit small but overall okay.

It is very reasonable in Paris, where the hotels are quite expensive nowadays. The room is not big, but there are not any inconveniences. Bus no.29 stops in front of the hotel. Supermarkets and restaurants are near the hotel (not in front). Cleaning is done every day. Many people mention the size of the bathroom and it is small, but I could use it without any problems. Breakfast is included. I will stay in this hotel again.

Metro stops are a bit far (900m) from the hotel. There is no parking.
