It is located in a good spot close to the amenities. You can get where you need to go with walking or taking transit. The place was good without being lavish. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. It was a good stay.

The male worker (not the owner or the female workers) who worked as a server in the restaurant was standoffish with us. We had to press him to apply the discount that is advertised. Our room needed clean towels and none were given on the Tuesday when we put the signal on our door for them to do that. I had to leave before I could get any resolution on that.

The location and the physical building was nice. The fact that there was a restaurant was great.

I went out for dinner one night and came back to find a hotel was completely locked and there was no way to get in. I spent an hour and a half at night trying to figure out how to get into the building. The only way in was through a pitch black alley behind the hotel with trash and parking that you had to access from a different street. Nobody had explained this to me. Also, one of the staff was abrupt and not helpful when the elevator was not working.

Location was convenient for walking to restaurants, shops in central pedestrian zone. Large terrace furnished with table and chairs.

Kitchen needs better equipment for long stays where preparing meals is desired. Note: Aluminum cookware doesn’t work on an induction stove top—not magnetic. We weren’t able to cook with the aluminum skillet provided. Poor lighting in the apartment as the overhead ceiling light did not work, only kitchen counter light and bedside lamp.

Location very close to both the city centre, which is accessible by pedestrian streets and the main station was very convenient on arrival and when going out to explore the city.

During the summer period (I was there mid-July) it was not possible to buy breakfast on location though this was stated in the description of the accomodation. Luckily, due to the central location this problem could be easily overcome without a very long walk in one of the neaby cafés.

Food was excellent, staff was helpful.

Communication was poor because the staff wasn't in charge and the "boss" couldn't ever be reached by anyone, not even by booking.com themselves. Facilities were good, but our room was missing some minor finishes. For example, there was no shower curtain or wall. In our group of 20+ people, our room was the only one with that issue, all others were impeccable.

It was a good location - not far from the Old City. The room was clean and had all of the necessary facilities: fridge, small stove, air conditioning and heating. The beds in the room were excellent - very comfortable! The reception and service was very efficient and cooperative (but not overly friendly).

We were three people in the room. The two main beds were excellent but the third bed was just a sofa-bed and not so great. However, the price was based on three people occupancy and was very expensive for this good but very basic, no frills room.

The location was central and very near a Parkhaus. There where a variety of restaurants from different cultures within short walking distance from the hotel. The hotel itself has a restaurant with good quality food attached to it, and it offers room service at a discount to its hotel clients. Overall an excellent experience.

The reception is in the restaurant which is kind of odd and makes it a bit difficult to find. But this was something very small in the overall experience.

I found the bed to be very comfortable, and aircon in the current hot weather was very useful. The location was good (on a small square) without being noisy. Good tv with netflix etc, bathroom was pretty good. Spacious room overall! Check-in was straightforwardly handled by the restaurant staff downstairs.

The shower was quite slippery and potentially dangerous. A coffee pod machine would be a nice improvement.

A large studio apartment, well equipped and in a decent location - roughly mid way between the old town and the station. The apartments are above a restaurant which provides a reception service.

There’s always a concern with an apartment that you have facilities you don’t need if you end up treating it more like a hotel - and then you don’t have the facilities you’d expect in a hotel.

Room was large. Kitchenette was great - more than adequate for three nights. Shower was really good. Beds were comfy, as were the pillows. Guest room service from the restaurant below was a handy option (with 15% discount), which we used on our last night.

Was a little noisy since our room faced the street and the main square (where loud drunk people congregated on Fri/Sat nights). We were so tired from sightseeing, that we fell straight to sleep anyway.
