Great, convenient Location, accessible from airport and many business/ shopping points. Absolutely clean facilities- clean/ new shower, toilets. We traveled from New York and the hotel being a western chain is at par with US/ western locations. Young, polite, professionally trained, energetic staff add values to the service , above all Accor hotels initiatives on recruiting staff with disabilities is applauded. Breakfast and Spiceit restaurant food was amazing with both indian and western cuisine and quality food spread. It was a wonderful experience! Loved it and will come back for sure!

A great option near IIT Powai. The room is typical IBIS with the micro-bath/loo but they've made some effort to add some character to the room through images on the walls. There's also a nice in-built couch near the window which is a comfortable place. The breakfast buffet is decent. The staff is good and attentive. The restaurant has excellent food albeit slightly on the higher price for the type of hotel.

The coffee machine is a bit away from the buffet for some reason and wasn't working on one of the days.

The cost of the Buffet should be kept around 900- 1100 + tax @1800 + tax it's not worth and most of the guests are asking for delivery from outside. Ordering al a cart was too expensive. A person ideally should be able to get a meal of around Rs 700 (individual guests should have a small meal option with a small qty of two dishes bread and a drink) and a Buffet as above. The room charges @ RS 10000/night are at least 30% higher for a business hotel at this location even for late booking.

The cleanliness and 24X7 Kitchen.

The check in experience. The guy at the reception was very slow and asked too many questions on the booking, it clearly was stated it was booked for 4 people and two rooms but he was confused. Had to make him understand plus explain who will stay with who upon his request.

Location, room, staff was good and our stay was good.

We booked through booking.com and when we reached at the reception they were unable to find our booking, we had to wait to checkin and then the price which was locked the staff was not aware and billed card rate which had to be rectified.

It was clean, comfortable and very friendly staff.

Had to call maintenance staff several times during a 1 night stay. The TV wasn't working at first, and once the power issue was sorted, the controller kept restarting for some reason. The locker was out of battery and needed to be replaced. The key cards didn't work always, and I had to visit the reception twice. But in all instances, the staff were very friendly and fixed the issues immediately.

Beautiful hotel! Room was so nice with a wonderful bed, great AC, nice bathroom with a fantastic shower! Water bottles were provided. We had a drink at the bar on 2nd floor and the ambiance was very nice. They also arranged a car for us for one full day and the driver was so helpful!

Very nice staff, always very welcoming and friendly. Especially Ms. Komal was very attentive and very helpful and also the chef Mr. Nilesh maybe I am pronouncing his name wrong, but he was very nice and helpful during the breakfast he always remember what I need specifically the white egg omelette. The hotel is clean and nice and very close to the R City Mall

Nothing much to highlight, but the waiter at the coffee area can be more prompt

The workspaces. I was able to work wherever I wanted to and no one restrictd me. I worked in the restaurant, in my room, even at the lobby, wifi signal is strong at all places.

The buffet dishes, could have had more variety.
