All the staff were very helpful and polite. We stayed for 5 days for our 30th anniversary and were surprised to be upgraded to a room with a balcony..Daily breakfast was excellent. To be honest 5 days just in Pula is too much, but because the weather was superb we spent 2 days going to the nearby beaches at Verudella which were beautiful. One day was in Rovinj. And there are lots of excursions to choose from. We travelled everywhere on the buses, which was cheap anyway but free on Saturdays.. The complimentary transfer from the airport to hotel was great. I wish it could have been both ways though.

Great location, nice and clean building. The hotel is located just outside of downtown, so the neighbourhood is not crowded and noisy, but it takes only a 5-10 minutes walk to reach the main points of interests. Communicative staff. The overall experience was good.

The small room could be okay, but the bathroom was way too small, mainly compared to the size of the totally useless and empty corridor-like room behind the main door. There were no hangers to dry our towels, swimsuit and other beach gear. The room had literally no hangers or shelves to put our things on, however the useless corridor could have been used for packaging. The cabinet next to the bed was too small even for the one of us. We could have used a small fridge, not as minibar, but as a fridge to cool some drinking water in August.

The place is a bit out of city center, but a plus is that you can park a car in the hotel parking lot, it was important for us. Very helpful young lady at reception, helped us with suggestions where to swim etc.

The breakfast was OK for us; it was nothing special, but we found something to eat. But nobody seemed to bring more food - people arriving for breakfast later found some empty dishes...

We stayed in Pula City center accommodations hotel for 2 nights in October. The hotel is only 5-7 min walking distance from the city center. A carted parking lot was a safe and convenient. The room was big and on the 3d floor with a balcony and had extra coach, refrigerator. Very big, clean bathroom. Breakfast was served in the lobby and had variety of food. Complimentary tea and coffee were served all day. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has all you need and an excellent location.

Room was relatively noisy but it is the price one pay for staying in the city center.

We arrived late and the information they gave us while the reception was closed was simple and easy. (where will we find the keys to the room... how will we park the car in the parking lot). It was clean with a good breakfast in a beautifully decorated space.We only stayed one night.

We would like to have a small fridge in the room. Indispensable in all seasons...especially in summer.

Breakfast was good. Had quite a few options and everything tasted good.

The room was very clean and was a good size. The only think that I would change was that there was a footboard and as I am fairly tall, I would rather it not there. But there than that, bed was comfortable.

The hotel staff was pleasant and gave us information on things to do during our stay. They also booked us a transfer shuttle to the airport (paid) for our early departure to save us the hassle of booking a taxi or uber on our own. The room we were in was large, as was the bathroom, with ample space for 2 travelers and their bags. The bed was comfortable and the room was already at a cool 24 degrees, compared to the 36 degrees outside and the mechanical blinds meant that the room was nice and dark for sleeping. The hotel is just outside of the city center, about a 10-15 minute walk which brings you to a very lively part of town with shops and restaurants. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to the main bus station to access buses to the beaches (which we did not do due to time constraints, but would have otherwise).

The staff was super friendly, the room was nice. I loved that they cooled the room before we got there. The location is perfect, they have parking and it is walking distance to the city centre

The room could have been cleaned a little better ( there were stains on the mirror, the shower is a bit dirty and had someone's hair ) . Everything else was wonderful

The room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was also good and the big parking lot was really handy. The service was also super friendly.

The room wasn't equipped with a fridge. In the lobby/restaurant there was a gold fish in a tiny glass bowl, in the Nordics it's considered animal abuse.

Very nice hotel. Fab room. Refrigator that worked. Spacious bathroom and wardrobe. The room was soothing and aircondition was not needed. Nice balcony. Huge TV. Enough space in the shower cabin. Good breakfast. Nice choice of wholegrain bread and cheese also a good choice of sausages and salami, even versatile pies and sweets if you want to go for that. On my arrival, I was offered a wellcoming drink, the girl who made my check in was realy nice, kind, informative, she arranged my trip to Brioni and a transfer to Fazana and moreover, she had a realy pleasent way about her self. Hotel transfer service is superb, the driver was very kind. Even when i made a mistake about the time to pick me up, he was not angry. You can always get free coffee, wich I spilled on my bed. Sorry. There was even some food in the refrigator. As a cat person I did like " a house cat," but some were very angry about it so I did not dare to feed her

The only thing I did not like was the fact that the free parking is not right by the hotel. But it is secured and you get a pass card. The truth is, the hotel is kind a sandwiched in between two buildings and right next to a street, so there is no other way.
