I had a great stay at this hostel! The place is very clean and well maintained, which made it feel comfortable and safe. The house rules are clear and reasonable, helping to keep everything organized and peaceful. The location is awesome—super convenient and close to everything you might need, whether it's food, transport, or local attractions. It really added to the overall experience. The owner or receptionist was especially kind and understanding, which made the stay even more enjoyable. They were helpful and easy to talk to, adding a personal and welcoming touch. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hostel to other travelers looking for a clean, well-run, and perfectly located place to stay!

I hope slippers are provided for guests who aren't used to walking barefoot.

They dont have QR or online transaction for payment and the nearest ATM is in the Imago Mall (quite a walk especially if in hurry) I didnt bring enough cash and got lost in the mall trying to find ATM while rushing with time, luckily i messaged the reception staff and she eventually offered her personal QR so it’s settled. But tbh it was quite a waste of time and energy-draining trying to find the ATM especially because I was not familiar with the layout of the Imago Mall so yes, make sure to bring enough cash (They dont take deposit also)

Rm42 per night (weekend) + Rm15 for parking from evening 6pm to 7am (parking fees depends on the hours you park) = TOTAL Rm57 For me i think it is just a bit cheaper than a 2 or 3-star hotel. Otherwise, all of the facilities & amenities are good enough for a short night stay. The space is clean, have personal locker, black-out curtain & plug for charging, sheet is thick & comfortable, room is air-conditioned and the toilet have hot shower. Towel & soap was also provided. Have pantry with water dispenser, not forgotten ironing board. The only thing that you’d have to compromise is privacy in terms where you’d have to be extra careful with making sounds so not to disturb your roommates (which is no worries if in personal hotel room).

Everything was great with the place. Staff very responsive. Comfortable etc.

Not the hostels fault but the live music can be loud outside the hotel in the street, however, usually finished around 11pm

Nice amount of storage and a locker included. Basic facilities available. Clean shared areas. VERY comfortable bed and bedding. Good location to get around.

The women's toilets were a little smelly. There was a water cooler which I informed the staff was only dispensing hot/warm water. I was told that the cooler had broken and they were waiting on a part. When I asked if I could use the cooler on another floor, I was informed they were also not working. So basically no cold, filtered water in the building. Not the end of the world providing it is fixed. Not a huge issue and I can't have a problem as I didn't raise it with staff, this comment is mainly to bring it to their attention - the first mens shower cubicle needs attention. The showerhead holder is broken and the pole falls out.

Super clean, comfortable, separate bathrooms male/female that have everything you need. A lady came into our room on my 2nd day and offered a new towel and a change of bedsheets which was unnecessary but I appreciated it very much- super service! I will come back!

Some issues with wifi, thin walls- neighbors being loud. But everything else was perfect!

The best dormitory! 4shared room with private locker inside. Good Safety each floor. Clean bathrooms. Can request for a new towel each day. The location is good. Near todak waterfront and all those pasar. Only the traffic is damnn bad if you’re driving in that road. But the foods and the pasar is worthy your time stuck in the traffic tho.

Not that I didn’t like. It’s acceptable only if get flat rate parking is wayy better. Parking is Rm3/hour have to parked at the mall to get cheaper parking. But have to walking a approximately 5-10minutes.

This not a complaint, hope the hostel can improve the hostel to be more better in the future. - Don't have CCTV in the pantry or sharing area for women safety - The wall very thin, every night I have to hear next room snoring and chatting. - Don't have low chair to wear sock and shoes - The upper bed is very high and very difficult to climb because there is no handle to support when climbing the bed. - There's no mirror in the bedroom if want to makeup or wearing tudung. - The toilet very smelly because of the pipeline.

I like the location and staff was friendly. I forgot to inform them about the late check in , staff called me and give the instruction to self check in. Facilities was good and also good value for it.

The lock on the bathroom was broken so only one bathroom was available but luckily there weren't many people on my floor. Some people were talking quite loudly at night.

- the owner (?) is lovely and was very helpful in providing tour information. she went the extra mile to chase additional agencies when the dates we wanted weren’t available - had a lovely room with a window - most comfortable bed I’ve slept in! super clean and soft sheets - nice common area with free coffee sachets, fridge to store things and microwave to cook - bathroom area was cleaned everyday, had big bottles of soap, hairdryers - location is right opposite a shopping centre and next door to an Orange and a 7/11. Laundrette a minute away

if I’m being really picky, the bathroom could do with some mould removal near the door and the microwave could be cleaned a bit more regularly (or at least put signs up for people to clean up after themselves as unfortunately it’s not always common sense)

99% but if fan is available in the room, then it is 100%.
