The TV Netflix. The location is near to the shopping mall. The availability of the parking space.

The Pool near our room was not opened to guest as informed by Security. We were asked to go upstairs to the other Pool. After half an hour, the Pool near our room was then available to the permanent Tenant. Our Ceiling Fan were not functioned although several attempt we changed to a new battery. The Washing machine door opener was already broken when we were about to use it, we already took a picture and send through the property whatsup.

The staff is very friendly when i check in, also very responsive everytime i ask for direction via wasap

Please provide more detail about the direction of the homestay, its very hard for me to find the homestay as the loft have more than 1 loft.

Parking accessible for resident Got lift Room not only have ceiling fan but also air condition Got refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine Got wifi and TV Balcony that can see sunset with building 1 queen bed and 2 single bed with ample towel provided just need to go Ground floor for shopping mall

Lift going to and from parking is only 1, the bomba lift.. other 3 lift wouldn't go there, if only there's separate button for said lift TV is connected through streaming Long TV which is really lagging for live tv, movie and even YouTube..

Location and the facilities that came with the room was very efficient. They even provided with good wi-fi connectivity and had Netflix!

Someone keep ringing our door bell and ran after. We could see the shadow running away from the other side of the door. Host did not do well in explaining where to collect the keys, we were already tired from a long flight and it was something we didn't want to endure. But we eventually got the keys from their office (which is located at the opposite of Imago, yes you have to walk across to collect the key, so try asking your cab driver to drop you across instead of having to drag your luggage across twice).

The service team is very efficient and helpful. The aircond wasn't working well, and straight away they sent their maintenance service man immediately. The issue were resolved immediately. Their office is just opposite and was very convenient to return the keys and deposit refunded immediately. I felt very safe with the booking and payment as I can see the physical office and the management unlike some, transfer money first on line and was never to be heard of, of which I was scammed of RM1,200+ during my vacation in December 2022.

For staying on a longer term, appreciate if they could supply a sun drying hanger on the balcony, as the washing machine didn't work well as to the drying cycle is not functioning. Also the cooking utensil such as pots, plates, spoons, knife, etc are not fully equipped and should all these be equipped, my stay will be 100/100.

We stayed for 4 days, and 3 nights and it was an amazing stay. The host, Pg Azneel was incredibly helpful and went on great lengths to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one. We feel safe because the lift is only accessible for people with access card and security guards were always around. The view from the balcony is stunning and we had quality time with our family while having our coffee there. Parking the car was also a breeze because the car park has many empty spots, making it easy to spot the entrance. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu. We will surely stay here again in the future...❤️

Thank you so much for the facilities. It was exceed my expectation! What i love the most is the easy exit to mall lift and parking👍🏻 And also, no more pusing2 cari trash room. It's just few steps ahead when you open the apartment door 😄 cool isn't? Besides, the room is on the same floor with swimming pool and park. My kids love this.

The room is very comfortable..the view is nice, even not a seaview or sunset but a cityview😆.. it still beautifull when u take a rest lying on the bed while seeing the city..

I am sorry coz i dont like the iron coz it make my tudung a big hole..😃😅 and no netflix too..but its ok, i dont stay there to watching tv🤣

I like all the facilities in our apartment, even though we couldn't find the remote to the fan, but the air-conditioners were still working fine, and that's ok for us. The view from our balcony was very impressive.

When we arrived there at lobby loft A, both lifts were under maintenance, hence we had to use the stair to go up to our apartment.Thus it gave us a hard time to bring up all our things upstair.

The condo is close to the lift which is soooo convenient 💕 Love the view, you can see the flight landing from the balcony. A functional microwave, washing machine and iron is available. There's also wifi & smart tv. The fridge & condo is spacious, can accommodate 5-8 adults.

The condo is superb i got no comment. But if you planning on swimming in the pool, better brings swimsuit because jerseys aren't allowed🥲🥲
