Location, private beach, very clean and good spa/massages. very good buffet breakfast. Room was very clean, comfortable, spacey. Bathroom very clean. loved that has its own private beach with separate sunbeds umbrellas away from the pool area. loved the hammock area, spend good a few hours a day on them. parking was also easy and plenty to park my rental car. Loved the barman that made me a welcome drink cocktail, named it, Bazooka, became our favourite cocktail during our stay, very sweet, tasty. good on you Barman, you are LEVENTI.

The price we paid was very ordinary room with no telephone working all during the stay. Check in was extremely slow,terrible..no welcome drinks...Pool and beach services need lots of attention. Pool area was too noisy some guests had their own Bluetooth speakers on with loud music. lifeguard didn't care to obey the rules. Wasn't given option to move room or an upgrade or offer us all inclusive as an apology.

Overall, my experience was good. The hotel is newly renovated, the lobby and rooms are nicely furnished giving you a luxury feel when you enter the resort. The pool is big, and the beach is clean. The poolside restaurant and room service was great too. A special thank you goes to Mio at the lobby bar for being so welcoming and Ariadne for her outstanding recommendations for ways to spend our time in Limmasol. Both made our stay 100% better and we thank them immensely for their hospitality and kindness.

Upon our arrival, we were not given a room until 6 hours of waiting. Although we did send an email prior that we will be arriving early, and understandably it is always based on availability. However the reception at the time were not accommodating, and they did not prepare ahead of time for the tourist season as they claimed they were short staffed and the cleaning staff were not enough to get the rooms cleaned in time for check-in. Unfortunately that ruined our first impression. Other than that, the staff (Mio and Ariadine) worked really hard to ensure the remainder of our days were as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

As family of four (2 parent and 2 children 1-year and 3-years old) we took 2 conjoined rooms. Each room had double size bed, a crib/sofa and it was very comfortable. The breakfast is rich and has a great variety of dishes- suits both adults and children. The outdoors pools are warmed to perfection and we had a great time overall.

The cleaning service of the hotel can improve in terms of hospitality: We had a strange incident when one of the cleaners entered the children’s room at 21:20 (!) turned on all of the lights (!!) and started cleaning and did not stopped until the baby started crying (!!!). When we informed the hotel about this bizarre incident they told us we should have put the “don’t not disturb sign” (at night as well). Another thing is when they clean adjacent rooms the staff yelling to each other and that makes a great noise in the corridor, not suitable when the baby should be taking a nap and overall not professional.

The staff was friendly!

The cleaning process was very slow! Check in was supposed to be at 15:00 we got the room at 16:00.. The next day the room was not cleaned at all and we needed to ask them to come and clean..

We liked the breackfast quality and evenings Palm Restaurant dinners. The beach is perfect and we enjoyed staying under the shadow of palm trees. Excelent feeling. We liked the room with see view and amenities. Congratulations to Palm Restaurant members fantastically managing the service in crowded days when a lot of people served something. We liked live music in Ouseria and its a la carte food !

When you take all inclusive, don't expect extraordinary food for launch; it was almost like the fast-food. The ACAI Restaurant as Terace is not having air conditioning and when you eat in the middle of the day with the high temperature the experience is even worst. ACai service needs improvement.

This is a great hotel and the second time we're staying there. first we want to thank Elizabeth who helped us with everything that we needed. the room is excellent and always clean. the bunk beds are nice for two kids and the view is excellent (sea view). the meals are good and you can always find something to eat. we're two people with celiac and always had gluten free options. breakfast - gluten free bread and snacks. lunch - pasta or pizza. and also side dishes. notice that not all of the staff are aware on what is gluten free and the signs sometimes might be confusing (the fries didnt say gluten but when asked they said that its fried in the same oil as gluten products) but there is always someone to ask or a product sticker. The game room is good for kids and adults and there are tons of activities. pool and beach are clean and the bar is great for all types of drinks.

The hotel is very big and such can be noisy especially in the dining areas but there are quiet times and areas. We got the exact same room that we received last time which we complained about as it is in the longest corridor (with the highest amount of rooms) in the floor and we had a lot of noise from our "neighbours" and specifically the door slams on the 2nd floor. this is not an hotel issue but a guest issue so i wouldnt blame the hotel although they can silence the door sounds using a gentle slamming mechanism. We were offered a different room but since we didnt want to move mid trip, we decided to stay. overall, there are not a lot of bad things. the hotel is great, the staff is excellent.

We had a great vacation! I was with my three year old toddler and the kids facilities were perfect for him. He loves the playground, the play center, the kiddie pool, and the mini disco! He waited all day to dance at night:) The staff was extremely friendly and super accommodating, everyone from the cleaning and restaurant staff to the entertainment team who were exceptional, my son loved them.

I was surprised by the inconsistent cleaning hours. One day we arrived at our room later in the afternoon after being in the pool all day and the room still wasn’t cleaned, and then they wanted to clean it when we were already in the room resting before dinner. It was eventually cleaned later when we went to dinner, but it would have been nice to come back to a clean room after being out all day.

We spent our honeymoon at the Grand Resort Hotel in Limassol, and it was honestly the perfect choice. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with peaceful gardens, very nice Restaurants and a relaxing atmosphere. It truly felt like a little paradise. One thing we kept talking about was the amazing scent in the lobby – every time we walked through, we said, “Wow, it smells so good!” It’s a small detail, but it added something really special to our experience. Our room was spacious, very clean, and super cozy, with a beautiful view of the sea. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies! We loved the quiet beach area, perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast was incredible – so many delicious options, something for everyone. The staff was always kind and helpful, and we want to give a huge thank you to Yiota, the Guest Relations Manager. She truly made us feel cared for – from the thoughtful surprises in our room to her warm and lovely way of speaking with us. Yiota, you made our honeymoon unforgettable! Also a big thanks to Elisabeth, who helped us with renting a car and gave us great tips for Larnaca – such a beautiful city, we enjoyed it very much. The location of the hotel is also perfect – peaceful and quiet, and there are also some options of Restaurants just acros the street. it’s very easy to reach Limassol city by bus thou. We’re really grateful for everything. This trip was full of beautiful moments, and we already know: we will definitely come back. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special! 💕

Staff everywhere was great from the good natured and always helpful lobby valets to guest relations to the wonderful charming Giannis at the restaurant and the talented hair stylist (Noeme..sp?) . We enjoyed the room, the balcony, the nice access to a walking path all along the water down toward the city. We scrambled over the guard rail to com up to one of the many Aphrodite palaces...So convenient. The hotel designer did an amazing job of selecting colors and textures and matching artwork and carpets. Our room was very pretty. Bed was comfy.

Hallway should have some kind of carpet or matt to counteract the echo and heel noise, but overall, this was not a problem, only noticed. Also it would be nice to have more choice of pillows but as soon as I asked, softer ones were delivered. Hotel is extremely responsive and all works well.the good at the restaurant by the pool is outstanding. Breakfasts and all meals as part of the inclusive plan are extremely generous and quite good. All in all, we'd definitely stay here again.

Staying in this hotel makes you feel most welcomed and appreciated for choosing to stay with them. Location of the hotel is great, beach in front of hotel, great pool, couple of bars and restaurants around pool with really good food, great rooms, specious and clean. Food at breakfast was so good, with great variety of food and of high quality. Even if something is missing after the breakfast ended and you ask for it, they will quickly get it for you. Amazing! If you decide to have dinner in one of the hotel’s restaurants, you can choose between national cuisine and Japanese (👌). The biggest value of this hotel is hotel employees. They make you feel as most important person, each request from guests is taken immediately and to guests satisfaction, they welcome you everywhere, ask all the time if everything is ok. There are no words to express how nice employees at the hotel are - starting with luggage service, reception desk, concierge, cleaning lady, guest service, waiters, breakfast staff, pool and beach staff etc. We observed situations when guest did things not allowed by hotel policies, and employees managed it in such nice and polite way so that guests don’t feel bad about it. We want to express special thanks to: - Ariadne Stefanou (Guest relations) is real highlight of the hotel, so professional and kind. She is managing requests and she always recommends better solution then we initially thought of 😊. Ariadne suggested to us great restaurants, helped with express delivery of medicine and many other requests we had. - Fokas Geemanos (Food and beverages manager) is doing a great job, real professional and also very polite to guests. He is managing staff at Food and beverage in away that they make a great team. He asks guests all the time if everything is ok and if they can assist with anything. - Waiter Ram - such a nice guy, always smiling and of great service. Big Thank you to everyone at the hotel! We will definitely come back!
