Although a little cramped, the room was pleasant, the bed comfortable and the shower was excellent. The reverse cycle heating did a great job - I was hoping for an electric blanket or a microwave oven to warm a heat pack, as I had driven 8 hours and suffer sciatica. However, hot water from the shower eased the pain and I was not cold. Also the room was perfectly clean, good quality tea and coffee available in the room.

I had not read a follow up email that was sent in reply to my question about parking. I was unfamiliar with the motel layout. I would have perhaps cancelled my booking if I had read the email (I was out of internet service, some of the time I was away). I carry a laptop and always have my own food, so like the car to be close to unload. However, my car was really only a short distance from my room - the value was good so I was pleased I had not cancelled. Perhaps a little trickly to navigate to the motel but no problem with Sat.Nav. Although I did not use the included breakfast service, I was impressed with the breakfast dining room - a great service for travellers who do not have time to eat elsewhere.

The manager was excellent and very very helpful. The best manage we have ever encountered. I wish I could remember his name. He was either Indian, or Pakistani and he was the nicest guy. All of us thought the same. The dining room/kitchen are was great. We would stay again despite the few shortcomings.

The size of the room was on the small side. Probably built when double beds were popular but now had a queen bed in the room. The bathroom toilet are was a bit congested but spotless. Like most forty or fifty year old places power points are almost never where you need them. One bed lamp had the switch and the bulb missing. TV was mounted way too high but there was nowhere else it could have gone.

The room was small and basic but comfortable and had everything I needed. Rohit was super welcoming and the shared kitchen/dining room was a great bonus. The breakfast was very simple but access to cooking facilities would be very good for longer stays.

As a woman travelling alone I felt very aware that the place seemed to be full of male tradies. They were probably lovely guys and weren’t noisy or anything... It was fine for me but I was more aware of my surroundings than I would have been if other women or families were around. I’m sure it’s not always like that, but I reckon for some single younger women it might feel uncomfortable

My Wife and i stayed here in June and we returned on the 26th of July to stay again and i really have to say this! The manager is a fantastic man goes above and beyond for anyone, definitely the nicest person ive ever dealt with while staying anywhere he always makes you feel welcome and asks if you need help with any luggage! He deserves so much credit for being a wonderful welcoming person! Makes us always feel so welcome and want to come back and stay whenever we visit Goulburn.

Nothing to dislike

Big comfy king bed, everything very clean and nice clean bathroom. Everything we needed for a quick bed downShampoo body wash etc provided generously via pumps in bathroom. Provided face washers ( a bonus). Easy hassle free late check in. We booked 2 room and both upgraded to king beds!!

Rooms and cubs a bit poky.very tiny fridge and couldn't refreeze ice packs. A bit hard to fill kettle. Fan remote didn't work.biggest downside is you can't park right outside, have to park on St outside which felt a bit noisy to other ppl as we arrived very late.

For the price this is a fantastic little spot. Rooms are not huge but they have everything you need. The King Size Bed was comfortable. Spotless Bathroom with supplies. Good supplies at the Coffee station plus a decent size milk not those little capsules. Extra blankets and pillows Thank God a decent shower instead of the Rainhead Showers. Fantastic WiFi. You also have to go to Cafe 5911. They have a good variety on their menu Fab Coffee as well. Menus are in your room plus they deliver..I will be staying again next year etc...

Off Street Parking Only but in saying this it is only metres to your room really..If you have luggage and need a hand the staff will help no problems at all..

What a well run motel ! Refreshing to see enthusiastic people running the place , and making improvements. A kitchen and a dining room with air-conditioning and large TV for guests to use . Not having to wash dishes in your bathroom sink here , a dishwasher in the kitchen as well as large modern fridge , oven , hot plates and 2 microwaves , very impressed . Also breakfast cereal, milk and bread for your breakfast .All complimentary.These guys know how to provide a service to travellers .

Breakfast was good and everything was at hand. hours of breakfast were great. bed was comfortable and staff were extremely helpful even assisted us in unloading our luggage

the room was small which was the downfall but we got by, and it was only for one night. For a 1 or 2 night stay it is very good value for money and you could not find a more friendly staff.

It was clean and comfortable. Initially we were concerned as we thought we had booked a private room (with private toilet) and then we saw that our room then opened into another room. We called the hotel number and spoke to someone who assured us that we did have the rooms to ourselves, it was a family room but they only booked us in there. After that confusion, we had a great stay. Check in was self check in, so we got a text message with directions which was convenient.

Parking can be a bit tricky…the motel itself doesn’t have any parking on site, so it’s street parking (which there is lots of) but you may have to park down the street a bit if the motel is full and other people have parked close to the entrance. Which may not be great for people that like their car close! Also, would have been good to know which room exactly we were in. On our check in directions it said room 10, but then we got there there was 10A and 10B. We had to try both key safes to find out which one we were in.

Clean room with a comfy bed. A little poky but we just wanted a clean bed for the night. Free breakfast was a bonus. We are happy to stay here again. Communication prior was easy. Great for the price😃

A little worried about street parking but it’s a dead end street and all was well. Walls are thin. I didn’t need to watch the cricket, I heard it from next door. Saying that, I’d stay again.
