I liked how close to the slopes we were. Everything on the property says comfort and cuteness. The restaurants had great food. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

We stayed in the Clock tower. The room was cute and clean but small.The walls between rooms were very thin and it was hard to rest listening to other guest’s music and TV. Also, our next door neighbors were arguing loudly in the middle of the night, to the point where the Police were called. We had less than two hours of sleep that night. I know it’s not the resort’s fault but it did put a sour note on our stay. It would also be nice to have a microwave in the room.

Loved our stay in the Clock Tower Lodge. The room was cozy. There was ample lighting and the view of the fountain and the village was very nice. We also loved the great big hot tub and pool. We had an awesome time zip lining and enjoyed riding the chair lift to the top of the mountain. The Boyne Valley Trail for biking, running, or walking is very close as well. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I want to say the zip line crew of Jordan, Travis, and Lola was absolutely awesome and fun!

Not much not to like.

The staff and resort was very clean. All the events we participated in were made to be beyond exceptional by the staff that worked them. We enjoyed the Zipline, ski lift/sky bridge, spa, dear lake boat cruise, trail riding and took a trip Mackinaw island since we were only an hour away. We even got to see the northern lights! The whole experience was very zen and rejuvenating. Thank you 😌

Some event meet locations were confusing and staff was unable to help outside of adventure center hours.

First of all the property staff was SO welcoming and friendly. Everyone was very willing to help with any questions. Everyone said hello as we passed in the hallways. It really made the experience great. There was also plenty to do which was nice. We accidentally left a customized cup behind and the lost and found called to let us know which was awesome.

The food is expensive and there’s not a lot of options to grab a la carte items. This was the biggest struggle for our group. Having a 6 year old and someone who doesn’t eat much at a sitting but is always hungry made it kind of rough.

The facility, and facility personnel were exceptional. Quick, easy check in and out. Rooms were behind the main structure, which was great. The main building had a lot of kids, which was expected with a Waterpark at the same facility. We stayed in the chalet edelweiss. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for two people. Everything on the facility was a priced a little higher than I was expecting, but in today's economy it is about right. The whole facility is CASHLESS. Tips maybe paid with cash though.

It’s was great. We enjoyed our stay.

The young man who checked us in Sept26 at 5pm was very unwelcoming. 1st he had no friendly greeting, no smile, no eye contact. I felt not welcomed. For a well know and prestigious resort it was a disappointment. Then he was rude that I went through Booking for my reservations. Finally the directions to our hotel and room which was separate from the Grand Lodge Boyne Hof was difficult to get to poor signs and he showed us on the map and the told us to just look for our room. No direction as to which extension as there were 2 to the hotel. If you r traveling and you are greeted with an unpleasant employee it doesn’t make a good impression of the place where u r staying.

The check in staff were exceptional. The cookies & candy were a great treat. Our room was very clean & we really liked the special touches.

There was a constant beeping sound coming from our bathroom wall every day & someone had to come down to our room to re-set whatever it was that needed resetting each day we were there. Zip line customer service rep needed to inform us that a reservation would be beneficial. We had to wait an hour for the next session.

The room was nice, bed comfy, and they had a lot of nice extra touches (turndown service, breakfast snacks, s’mores at the bonfire, free tix for the chairlift).

Weird motion detectors in the room shut off the power if you sat without moving much (like working on your laptop). Really strange and annoying.

Beautiful surroundings! omelet guy is friendly and did a great job preparing food. Sky Bridge, chair lift...

waiting in line to get on Sky Bridge. even with prepurchased tickets we still in line for nearly 3 hours. service in pizza restaurant was poor! we were seated quickly but was waiting for almost an hour to get our partial order. when asked " kitchen missed one pizza".

I went through Booking.com, which was very miss leading. I wasn't able to get a discount on activities even though I stayed at Boyne Resort. For 3 nights. I wish you could either change that with Booking.com or start your own discount. Believe me 3 ski passes one evening and a full day and also the Waterpark all day. Pass. And of course our meals. I am sure you didn't lose $
