The breakfast was minimal but present and tidy, the workout room equipment was old and worn but functional. The A/C and heat was efficient and effective. The key cards worked consistently. The view out the window was of a very cute water feature with fountains and waterfowl.

Don't expect protein options for breakfast, or a full set of free-weights in the tiny fitness room. The nonsmoking room and hallway had a lingering smell of smoke, but I've never met a hotel that didn't.

The location was perfect it was only four minutes to the location where my husband had trainng, it was in walking distance to eateries, very quite and really enjoyed sitting on the beach looking at the ducks in the pond. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will be booking again real soon.

The breakfast could have been better, we didn't eat just got coffee and it was lkue warm had to heat it up in the microwave once we got back to the room

It was in what appeared to be a good neighborhood. The front desk feller was amazing… very sweet and accommodating.

There was no coffee maker. Which isn’t a huge deal but it’s always nice to wake up and be able to make coffee and then get my day started. Although the coffee in the lobby was amazing. And the room smelled like shrimp. I know weird, but it really smelled like shrimp.

Unit itself was very nice. Fairly updated and clean. Quiet area and close to places to eat and grocery.

Unit did not come equipped with anything for the kitchen. Not even coffee mugs. Had to ask for a coffee maker and toaster and pick them up at the front desk. Same thing for hairdryer. Front desk person said they had cookware if we wanted to use some. I would have been very disappointed if we had planned on cooking. Hallways looked worn. Made the place feel dumpy. Once in the room though, it felt better.

The suite was very comfortable, everything was clean, and the location was very good.

The booking app charged me for my stay, and the hotel also charged me again, and no one wanted to take responsibility! This is the last time I'll use this booking app!

the staff was friendly and helpful, having the outside grills was an added touch, the drive to the place was easy off the hwy and easy to venture off to see the sites.

needed more carts, but understood that just a couple of days before the other carts had broken and no parts to fix.

The stay was great. My toilet did have an issue and they were on top of it. Was fixed when I got from work. I definitely will be staying again. Clean facilities and very comfortable bed. A shady area would be nice from the rain and sun.

Just no awning to stand under from the rain and sun.

Everything was great. The room was extra clean, the set up was nice, we didn't have any problems with the people next door (noise wise.) The whole hotel was clean and neat if you ask me and the staff was amazing. They were very helpful, pleasant and showed a lot of hospitality.

Two things I didn't like. One was when we was cooking the smoke detectors went off because they are VERY SENSITIVE. Even though we followed the instructions to have the windows open and the vent on - it still went off. It wasn't a bad thing but it is something to be mindful about. Another thing was that our first room was a joint room so we went back to the lobby to get a room that didn't have that. I didn't feel comfortable with that because they were complete strangers and I don't play about that nor did I ask for a joint room. They should definitely tell people about that before hand but other than that we didn't have a problem.

My name is Tiffany and me and my family have been here about a month. I love all the staff! I absolutely love Ms. Debbie(front desk) she is so caring and understanding! The GM Ms. Shar is the best! She is always smiling and checking on us! Ms Shirley (housekeeping) is always busy, but still takes the time to ask me how I am doing and will keep me company when she can. Truly a hard worker! The Assistant GM, Ms.Beverly, is also a great person, She cares about her job and knows how to do it well! She is a tough one, but she has a good heart and I appreciate her! The location itself is beautiful and the room itself is comforting.. Only thing I would change is more breakfast choices but understandable with COVID. The wifi isn't the best but that is out the hotels hands so no complaints from of us :)

Not that I don't like the breakfast they have, just wish it was more choices bc my one year old is picky and loves eggs lol but hey I got a kitchen! So no big deal.

It was a convenient location to lots of stores, and restaurants. Looks really nice on the outside.

I didn’t like how the elevator and hallway floors were very dirty. It looked like fur all over the hall floor as well as dirty from other debris. The elevator had lots of sticky stuff on the floor was gross had to make sure I didn’t step on anything. Also when we got into the room a huge water bug was crawling on the floor tried to kill but it got away was uncomfortable because wasn’t sure where it went.
