Good and very helpful Staff. Khadeeja was the most amazing helpful. But not all as some were extremely unhelpful .

The beach area dedicated for the hotel was not secured properly and the public beach is mixed with the hotel. There was no security or strict rules to keep other visitors that are not from the hotel. There was no “private beach”. Some staff were very not helpful they made us walk 20 steps and we are over 60 years old!! She was like we are still young when she was in her 30s ! I forgot her name but she made our experience awful ! Even the bag boys were tired ! There are no easy access in this hotel please be careful. There are over 30 steps that you have to go through.

I liked how nice the staff are treating the customers and the feeling of the comfort with all the services.

On 18th of July morning around 9 or 10 o’clock, a lady has randomly entered our room with her access card without asking the permission and without even knocking the door. Then she awkwardly left saying “I was checking something”, I followed the lady across the hall and she kept saying “I wanted to check something I wanted to check something”. FYI: she was a hijabi lady wearing all white. Please take the necessary action regarding this case because that was very improper.

I liked the location, services, reception staff are friendly and very helpful specially Maddam WEAAM she is a great person, house keeping are wonderful and they do the best of their job room service is good

the lobby was hot without air condition, security staff are rude and they look at you in those strange looks that makes you uncomfortable you feel like as you about to commit a crime specially if i am with a friend going to eat at the resturant around the swimming pool area they keep chasing you

Sometimes I do not evaluate any of the hotels because I consider that to be an advantage and not a defect for hotels, but sometimes you may encounter a person of excellence, precision in work, and open-heartedness. You must write your opinion about the hotel, but in fact, the person you met, the employee at the reception, is called "Khadija Ben Sabeur" was very wonderful in dealing with us, and with the problem that happened to us from the delay of the flight, leaving a lot of luggage in a room, and her dealing with the issue even after we arrived in our country, these things were lost in many places. I thank the hotel for appointing trustworthy people. And honesty, and we should also not forget that the rest of the individuals were really of the highest morals.

Every detail was meticulously looked after, ensuring we felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay. Our room was the executive beach front, we were expecting a bigger room in size but overall was fine. no coffee maker in the room and no iron you have to request. very nice staff at the breakfast time.

Everything else was okay and satisfying, the only concern or issue I had was the staff who did not understand a word of English at all. for a 5 star hotel I don't think it is acceptable to not speak the most spoken languages in the world. This is something that the management should look after, specially the room service staff and maids.

The view, the services, EVERYTHING! The location is in the safest neighborhood in Tunis. Even the people here look very upper class. The food was fantastic, especially their Tunisian restaurant Abou Nawas, it was like I was at a Michelin star restaurant.

The room, the view and the location were awesome! The sandy beach was 10 steps from my room. The food and the welcome sweets were so good, that I bought a package of truffles to take home. Their welcome truffles are out of this world.

The cleanliness and attention to deail could be better, but then if you think that this is a beachfront hotel, everything was great.

Extremely nice and helpful staff - always smiling and positive, arranging everything needed very quickly, every time. The hotel is very nicely designed, also very green with big and nicely tended gardens, spacious, comfortable, beautiful swimming pools and direct access to a very nice sandy beach. The spa is wonderful and has all one needs in terms of facilities, as well as shiningly friendly staff. Two nice restaurants with very good food (Tunisian and international), as well as a good breakfast. 30-45 minutes walk on the beach to the first city (the really beautiful old Sidi Bou Said with its bars and souks/bazaars/markets) and only 15-20 minutes ride by car to Tunis (and its old town Medina).

Nothing to complain about, we truly liked everything.
