- Fantastic view of Lake Ashi from the house. Mount fuji is also visible, but the view of Mt Fuji from the living room is considerably blocked by a tall tree (it is easily visible if you step out of the house and stand along the stairwell though!). - komeiseiki onsen is great

- Long flight of stairs from the gate to the main door. It was a challenge getting the luggages up to the house. - Toilet on the first floor is very cold because of the ventilation fan that was added at the window (cold wind blew in through the space between the ventilation fan and the window ledge)

The lake view and the Mt Fuji view was a surprise as it wasn’t stated in the description. Kitchen is well equipped with dinnerwares, futon bed was very comfortable!

The stairs leading up to the property. It was really steep and long and I feel family with very young kids will be inconvenienced.

Literally everything was perfect. The rooms, the appliances, the utensils...everything was clean and in working order. The view is simply stunning. And the bath...I was never so sad to leave an apartment.

the rooms are smaller thant they look on the photos. It is not perfectly clean. the parking lot is very difficult use and you have to take a long, very steep staircase through the garden to get to the house. We receive too many emails about rules.

The view is amazing and the bath upstairs is great.

The place is isolated and there’s a lot a lot of stairs getting there.. It was difficult bringing our stuff up. It’s a traditional Japanese home with tatami. We felt it was too expensive for what you get.

Spacious with the bath and barbecue as highlights. Think best in spring and autumn or summer when not too hot/cold in order to enjoy both the inside and outside.

Too much information/reminders about house rules and previous issues from other guest by the host.
