The place is very central, just a couple of minutes from the railway station and downtown. It has a modern and beautiful design, our room had a deep bathtub and shower (I relaxed in the bathtub both nights)- everything was very clean and immaculate. We had everything for cooking, coffee machine, kettle wine, water and beer glasses. Robin and other staff went above and beyond to help us and made our stay exceptional - great customer service. The breakfast had a lot of options and was very tasty and healthy. We really enjoyed our stay and this property is our top so far. Thank you so much!

Two minutes from the station. Very modern and clean, everything you need, a B&B but also had a hob, microwave & kettle. The shower was amazing, loads of hot water. The staff were very helpful and pleasant especially the cleaning lady who cleaned our room every day (no need really but so nice to come back to). They provide a FREE breakfast which was a surprise as we weren’t expecting it so a real bonus. Our room (504) had big windows which opened fully. Full sun most of the day, the room can be hit a night and there’s no AC, it’s too noisy outside to leave the windows open all night. They do provide a fan. The old town in Mainz felt really safe.

Traffic and general street noise from outside at night if we left the windows open. The neighbourhood is a bit down, a few dodgy looking people about but we didn’t have any issues to be honest. The bed was too soft and the pillows were not worth having.

Small, but very high quality serviced apartment in a good location. Lovely 'serve yourself' breakfast with filed rolls, pastries, yogurt etc. Staff were great and very helpful. There is a small kitchen, but with so many good restaurants nearby, you are spoiled for choice. Mainz itself is a lovely city to explore, but the apartment is only a short walk from the Rhine, busses and main station, so the whole region is easily accessed by public transport.

A personal thing , but I found the bed a bit low and I like a firmer mattress,

Small but spotless recently remodeled room with bathroom and kitchenette. Tastefully decorated. Nice breakfast included in the price. (The listing says no meals included, but breakfast is included for all guests.) Great location, near shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of the old city. Bus stops right outside for longer journeys. Elevator in the building.

There are a few steps to enter the building, which could be a problem for a full-time wheelchair user.

Stayed in two rooms. The room designed for 3 persons was comfortable for 2 people; the room designed for 2 persons was tight. Rooms were cleaned and serviced daily. Liked kitchen amenities. We stayed in Oct; will likely not stay during summer months since there is no a/c and opening the windows would make it loud due to roadway/people traffic and difficult to sleep during warmer months. Breakfast was decent; sandwiches were fresh. Muesli, yogurt, fruit, coffee/tea. Location is very walkable to HbF. Staff were helpful.

No safe; room size; bed height was low.

Location was a 10 minute walk to the train station. Very clean, nice breakfast. Very welcoming upon arrival. A gentleman helped my friend and I with our four pieces of luggage into the guesthouse. Arranged for our vehicle to stay parked in front of the facility for 24 hours, even though we did not make those arrangements prior to arrival. This was so very kind and much appreciated. The staff were fluent in English, and this was so helpful as all of our questions were answered about parking, restaurants, and local attractions.

The location is excellent- just a 10-minute walk from the main train station and only a couple of minutes to the city center. The room was cosy and clean. The mini-kitchen was equipped with all the kitchenware you might need. We stayed on the top 6th floor, so there was no any noise from the street. The buffet-style breakfast was good- more than enough to start the day. Overall, a great place to stay!

The only downside was that we could occasionally hear some noise from neighboring room in the evening.

Lovely accommodation, close to the train station with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Not too far from the shopping centre and the old town and the river are within walking distance.The room itself was spotlessly clean, with cooking facilities if needed. The room was cleaned daily and there was a breakfast included which, although described as a 'snack' was Lovely and fresh and more than enough to start the day. The staff could not have been more helpful and communication was excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Although it was very warm and there was no air conditioning, there was a powerful fan in the room which was very helpful.

Breakfast was wonderful - plentify myMusli cereal, and lots of nice breakfast sandwiches. I enjoyed it, but my boys didn't really like that much. My wife left her phone in the taxi going to the aiport, and the front desk was very helpful in tracking it down and getting it back to the airport before her flight. I loved the views, and the location is PRIMO - just a few blocks from the train station.

Location was a little "shady" - especially New Year's Eve with lots of people shooting off fireworks. The park was trashed the next morning, but I noticed a day or two later the street sweepers came through and cleared it all out.

Huge, modern, sparkling clean bathroom with both bath tub and separate shower. A little kichenette with kettle was helpful. Good proximity to train station and city centre (10min at leisurely pace).

Heating in the room we were given was not working properly. We were freezing. Fortunately, there was a male staff still on duty at the reception when we arrived at 4pm. He helped us find another room with heating, helped us make up the sofa bed & was around till 8pm that day if we needed any more help. Beds are quite low. Studio room is quite tight for 3 persons.
