Friendly family, nice villa’s, all around a very nice pool with a separate small pool for little kids. Good breakfast. The garden is very well maintained. A place to relax.

Options for food are limited around, so for lunch and dinner you can order for delivery, or order a taxi, or we found a nice cafe 20 min walking.

Family room is spacious and private villa, new, clean and peaceful atmosphere

Location is a bit far to central of Chiangmai city. You should rent car if you stay in this area. However, people is nice, friendly and cost for everything will be cheaper

No restaurants, bars or shops in walking distance (especially at night). Need to order food in or eat at the hotel restaurant.

The place room was spacious, host was friendly

Buffet breakfast was placed on the same table as where people were seated, Shower temperature modulation and drainage were poor. Shower had no place to hang cloths and there was no curtain in the access room to the shower. No restaurants on walking distance from the location

Nice villa in a quiet part of Chang Mai

Perhaps it is a cultural difference as the accommodation caters for Chinese guests. But there was a lot of miscommunication and the hosts didn’t seem to friendly or happy that we were there.

Breakfast not great and location not good

Breakfast was poor same thing every day cold fried eggs and sausage.

The efforts to make is stylish are noted and the gentlemen who was meeting us at the reception was nice. And Chinese tee offered in the room was well addiction They also have a wonderful door living in the area The pool looked good but we did not use due to no time Overall seems that there was an effort to make it a boutique like hotel but at one point they gave up

It all started that we were ask to pay 500 local DEPOSIT for the stay that was not announced previously and there was no explanation why Then we came to the room and after the first use the toilet got blocked and did not flash and thing got stuck.. sorry for the details It was very late and came tired so we had to leave it as is until it potentially drains down by the morning In art hotel there were no next to bed lighting which was logical to have there and only the lamp above the eye lever when you are in bed.. so in case you are facing the ceiling The breakfast was really bad. We were only given some sausages, 1 fried egg/per person and toast bread with no butter and 1 tasteless apple. There were insect bugs on the wall in the toilet and closet The place felt awkward and not guests focused

This hotel felt like we were invading into someone's personal space and not as we are wanted guests. Very uncomfortable experience!
