Uncomplicated check-in (automatic), comfortable beds, I had some questions before the stay that were answered fully by a friendly and helpful staff member on the telephone, parking was free and there was also street parking, the tram into town stopped just 100 metres away, so no need to drive into the city centre. There was also a kettle for making tea/coffee in the room, which isn´t standard here in Germany.

The room and its facilities were elegant and very comfortable. It was also sparkling clean. We only had one breakfast in the hotel but it was well presented food, We also loved the view towards the church and village rooftops. We found it very convenient to the lightrail. The building is very attractive and interior designs are stylish.

We liked everything. This includes the friendliness of staff.

Hotel is in a very quiet residential area in Dossemheim, close to Heidelberg. There is a tram station right outside the hotel. The hotel serves a very good breakfast, fresh ingredients and sustainable table ware with spacious area and kids friendly. Breakfast might be a bit expensive, but again it is good quality. There is a bakery nearby. Check in can be done easily on a screen after 9:30.

Not really. The light-proof curtain in the room was a bit short that it does not cover the whole window.

This is our third or fourth trip to Midori - that pretty much says it all. Yes, it is a bit "bare bones" (ex. no Kleenex), but the breakfast and breakfast room are great, parking is readily available and protected underground, bikes are available for a very reasonable rate, the staff is ready to help, etc. It is close to the tram that goes to Heidelberg and, what I love most, numerous walking paths!

Shower set up is a bit quirky as mentioned previously.

The town was lovely green and calm. The hotel was easily accessible, new and very convenient. Garage downstairs. Hotel and the room were spacy and light. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant and bar had a beautiful view. Next time I will certainly try the breakfast as it had vegan things as well.

The hotel was very clean and modern. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the suburbs, but right by a streetcar stop that takes you into the center of the city in about 10 minutes. They explained the streetcar schedule and how to purchase tickets. When we had to change our travel plans at the last minute because my husband didn't feel well enough to fly, they extended our stay and even printed new boarding passes for our new flights. We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely breakfast buffet. Very close to the S-Bahn and there are some wonderful trails to hike up the mountainside. The room was spacious and clean.

There's a building going up just next door outside our window. We wish we'd had a room on the other side of the building to have a bit of a view. We missed some printed information in the room about the hotel facilities, breakfasts hours, reception services.

The room size and layout was great. Breakfast was perfect! It had a little bit of everything. The location was good - easy to find and lovely views from the roof! The free, safe parking was a huge factor for us as we traveled with our baby and all her gear.

The lounge did not have meal options for dinner so instead of staying in we had to go out after a day of travelling. For us, the nearby Indian restaurant was perfect! Not sure what happened, but the AC went off and the room became hot in the early morning.

Lovely breakfast in the top floor bar / eating / external sitting area. Big room with balcony and great bathroom. Fantastic location with tram stop close by with easy access to Heidelberg. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We really love this hotel and stay here for the night every single time we travel for a long distance! Modern and cozy, close to the highway, but still a very quiet place. Rooms are always clean, extra beds are always provided, really nothing to complain about. Free parking in the deep garage

The only thing missing is a small fridge in the room, that would be great!
