Excellent Stay at Copthorne Hotel Sharjah We recently stayed at the Copthorne Hotel Sharjah for nine days, booking four rooms, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and simple, making us feel welcomed right away. The rooms were of a decent size, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night’s sleep. They were cleaned daily, which we greatly appreciated. The cleanliness and attention to detail really stood out. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff. The majority were friendly and professional, particularly the reception team who were extremely accommodating. Special mention to Khalid, whose cheerful demeanor and excellent customer service made a big difference. He was always ready to help with a smile. Nahom was equally polite, quick to resolve any issues, and went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The porter staff were also incredibly helpful, assisting with our luggage as soon as we arrived. Whenever we needed anything, a quick call to reception was all it took for it to be sorted out promptly. This was our first time staying at Copthorne Hotel Sharjah, and it exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

I had an overall positive experience at the hotel. While the property is a bit dated, it was kept clean and well-maintained. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and welcoming, though I feel the food could use some improvement. Upon check-in, I received a call from the hotel staff, and I mentioned an unpleasant odor in my room. Unfortunately, the initial concern was not addressed by the staff member. However, after emailing the hotel about the issue, Mr. Nahom responded promptly in a very professional and friendly manner. He took immediate action, offering to change my room and asking if I needed further assistance. I truly appreciated his thoughtful and responsible approach, which made my stay much more enjoyable.

The location was good near corniche. Super markets, restaurants and pharmacies around at walking distance. The room was OK and breakfast was normal. The underground parking was life saver as you can not find parking around the hotel it was totally packed. The gym although small but have all the necessary equipment for workout.

The room was connected with lots of noise from adjacent room. I asked to changed the room many time to non-connecting but no one did anything. Breakfast lack choices and it was very crowded and dishes get empty fast. Parking was little tight for large vehicles and you do not get it if you come late. Also it was strange that there was no card reader at Parking entrance so you have to wait till some guard shows up and do some interrogation and then he will open the gate for you. There were no Pakistani TV Channels available.

It's was great stay with my family. Hotel is really excellent, location of the hotel amazing 😍. I always choose Copthorne Hotel Sharjah for my next visit. Best service and hospitality services. Room cleaning was excellent. Housekeeping team was so nice and very helpful ☺️. Special thanks to Zaya Aung . He was so good, and very helpful. Room was comfortable and well cleaned. Hotel around all over area butiful and well cleaned and maintained. Reception staff so nice and helpful ☺️. Hospitality services from Vinod and nahoom. Inshaallah I will back to stay again.

The rooms were clean and the room service was excellent. Breakfast had limited veg options, but to their credit atleast there was one veg option each day. The bread and pastries sections was really good. We experienced unprecedented rains during our stay. Copthorne was one of the few places in Sharjah which was not inundated during that period.

Limited veg options for breakfast. Moreover, the taste did not suit us. During the rains, Copthorne was one of the very few hotels (4+ star) in the area which experienced a power cut. Obviously the wifi was off as well. They took 1.5 days to sort it out, which was disappointing.

The Hotel management is absolutely professional and very kind. About the stuff we can tell the same. Everybody was very attentive and helpful. Everything what they offered us during the breakfast was amazing especially the bread roll what the Egyptian young man prepared for everybody. He was very friendly and explaining us the tradition about this food. The hotel room was very cosy and well equipped. The hotel has very good position, but ONLY if you don’t plan to travel to Dubai so often. Otherwise, you will loose enough time and have extra taxi charges due to missing metro connection & public transportation.

Good location with friendly staff + a reasonable price Our stay was great. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with the amazing view of Khaled lagoon & city skyline. The hotel provides free drinking water & toiletries that they add to and change towels without reminders. And upon request, bring other things such as a dental kit, slippers, bathrobes, and etc. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Very easy to get taxi. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, a cinema & restaurants near by. And even inside the hotel, the food is good & tasty, you can go to the hotel restaurant or order room service, food was nice & tasty, service was fast. But what made our stay experience in the hotel really great was the hotel staff: restaurant staff, housekeeping & reception staff that are very friendly, kind, & helpful. My special thanks to Laith in reception & duty manager Victor who were always welcoming & accommodating, and did everything possible to satisfy my needs, that made me feel really special. I am totally satisfied with the hotel & definitely will be back again soon.

We stayed 20 days in the hotel and it was a great stay.... Thanks to the hotel manager Hossam Nabil for being attentive and helping us to extend our stay at the hotel. The breakfast at The Lagoon restaurant is very rich, varied and balanced and has a great quality. Thanks to all the restaurant team, Rhodson, Baro, Sandar and all the other members of the group. When Ramadan started the chef of the restaurant did a great job with the dishes and the selection of desserts was exquisite. They were always very kind and their attention was the best. Thanks to the girls at the reception especially Sara for helping us with the documentation. The room was very spacious, clean and the lighting was perfect. Thanks to Subash chaydhary for being very attentive and always leaving the room tidy. Always asking us if we needed anything extra. There is also a mobility that took us to the beach and brought us back very nice and comfortable.

There is nothing I can say because everything was very good.

Original check-in receptionist a little sour. Shower water pipe leaked heavily. Reported. Low lighting in room. All lamp lights flickered or inoperative (not room lights).
