A helpful staff changed our room for another one due to the our request

For us it looks like 3 star hotel not 4*. There was no bar in the room, no slippers and poor bath facilities, dirty aircondition system. Besides it the rooms need a renovation. We don’t have free time to visit spa, maybe our review would be better.

Very nice, relaxing, quiet. In the green zone of the city but still close enough to everyone if you want to relax it's an excellent location. The restaurant is on the expensive side but superb food, very nice cocktails, really nice breakfast. This was in the winter and the internal pool is rather small, the water very warm which was pleasant as we had some colder than usual days just then. The only thing about the pool is the engine that kicks in once in a while to create currents and it's incredibly noisy. Seriously, it's so noisy it made me properly jump when it suddenly started up. And then there's a bit of current on one side of the pool and what's that for anyway? We will be back I'm sure.

Tiliana Hotel is a Hidden gem in the Green belt of the Buda Hills. The location is away from the hustle and bustle but has a convenient public transport link to the sights in the city. It is highly recommended for those who like to stay in a stunning foresty environment. Has an outdoor pool and a Spa and it must be outstanding and relaxing in the summer time with its outdoor facilities. Staff is friendly, room is clean with modern design.

The noise in the morning from other guests can be heard in the room but it was a busy morning and our room was near to the restaurant.

Stuff in the hotel welcomed us very kindly and were very nice. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was also good. Surroundings were very quiet, we really loved that area. Pet friendly.

Bed in the room was uncomfortable, on one side mattress wasnt flat and was falling on one side. We chose this place for 3 reasons. One was wellness which had a very small pool and few saunas, there was lots of children and it was super crowded and loud so we didnt even use pool. Also worked only till 20h. I suggest 2-3hours of reserved times for adults, because in this way one is sure not able to relax. 2nd reason was charger for electric car. They have it but price is more then double than any regular price of charging on public chargers. Most of hotels i stayed have that included or at 0.25-0.4eur per kw, here is 0.9eur per kwh. Really overcharged.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long time. The location is in the city with public transport nearby. Although, in a few steps from the holtel, there are passes for hiking in a natural reserve on the Buda hills. SPA in the hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable to relax for a few hours. I suppose that in hot weather it would be nice to swim in the swimming pool outside and have fun in the well-kept territory, which is big enough to avoid any crowds. I spent two lovely days here, and I will definitely come back.

We stayed as two adults and two kids. The room was big enough for the family and was well lit with good centralized AC and big sized beds. The bathroom was big enough and also had a bathtub. It has enough parking space to park ample amount of cars. It has indoor warm pool, jacuzzi and sauna rooms without any additional charges. Huge outdoor pool and kids play area. Very helpful and polite staff both in reception and in restaurant.

Breakfast spread was the same across all the three days with very limited variety. All the items were either beef or pork without any chicken option. That is the only downside of the entire stay I had expected a little more.

Room was small, but had a great view to the large garden, and outdoor swimming pool area. Generous breakfast, the best we had on our road trip through Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.

The spa facilities were limited, the outdoor area of the sauna was closed for 'renovation'. You cannot even get fresh air. Beside the sauna there are 2 infrared cabins, and a small pool with normal water, no thermal water. The children enjoy the indoor pool, which is great, but as an adult you will be disturbed by the noise. Surprisingly there was no massage or other spa treatment available. Strange for a spa hotel. I would not consider it as such. Prices in the restaurant (there is no other one near the hotel) are quite high. 0.2 l of wine are for over 7 Euro. Food prices accordingly. But they make it up with a great breakfast buffet.

Comfortable room, spacious enough for a family of four; Nice outdoor area with children facilities; Big clean outdoor pool (although it’s cold for my taste - 22-24 degrees); Good variety for breakfast (although the quality could be improved)

The indoor spa area needs a serious renovation; The smell of chlorine was extremely strong; Cold sauna, no shower in the spa (only one in the dressing room) No bathroom cosmetics in the room (only shower gel) Only 2 big towels for a family of four; Very limited choice for dinner in the restaurant; There is an option to put the bill on the room, but they don’t show you the receipt (even during checkout - I had to specifically ask) The staff felt disoriented, although they were trying to be welcoming.

We came back here again because we liked this hotel so much. Our children also enjoyed the property, because of indoor and outdoor pools. They also watched the small fish at the reception every time we passed. The room was clean with a nice design. The breakfast and especially the dinner was very tasty. The location is perfect if you are by car, the city center is 15-20 minutes away by car.

Sadly no kangaroos were in the property's garden this time.

Very cozy hotel with its own park area, a tennis court and a pool. The hotel is located on the hill in the forest area of Budda and may be reached by a car or a bus. There is a free parking area just in front of the hotel and a secured parking 10Euro/night. The standard room was very big and nice, warm and clean. Breakfast was delisious. The restaurant has a terrase overlooking the park. The hotel has a smapp spa with 3 saunas open 8:00-20:00, very small gym and internal pool. Reseption is professional and client-oriented.
