Great place, would definitely stay there and recommend. - awesome location, really 100 out of 10, 1 min to metro station, big shopping mall nearby, kfc, Mac, restaurants, Buda sights - tidy rooms, one of the cleanest places I ever been - instructions about self check in, easy to get - tea and coffee area always available - staff helpers as kitty and doggo:))

We had the family room for 5, luminous, ample, comfortable, great for our weekend stay. There are only 10 or less rooms, all facing a common area with coaches and the breakfast zone, where we coffee, te and others were available on self-service all day. Lovely and super helpful manager. Metro station just 100m away, safe and beautiful area. Would absolutely come back.

There's a food place next door and it smells food in the entrance hall (ground floor). But the hotel is upstairs. Once this short corridor past, it's all good and super clean.

The staff is very friendly and attentive when they are onsite, which is mostly in the mornings. The location is very good, next to shopping mall, restaurants, public transportation. The very city center is only 30 minutes on foot. In spite of the location, the room was very quiet. Good airco, clean bathroom. Large choice at breakfast, and the staff bakes eggs to your desire. The dog creates a homely atmosphere.

The entrance downstairs has a terrible smell, which luckily does not spread to the property itself. The bathroom is tiny. The TV set did not seem to have regular channels, only subscriptions such as Amazon Prime. I know that the regular channels are usually in Hungarian and therefore of not much use to me, but this time around I would've liked a live broadcast of the football game (well, Belgium lost anyway)

The location is great, for us it was a walking distance from every place we wanted to see. The best thing about BI&BI is that you have access to a kettle and a coffee machine all day, not just during breakfast, so hot drinks are available any time you need it. Breakfast was tasty and, as a bonus, an extremely cute dog was present. Friendly staff.

It is a bit noisy, you can hear everything from the common area where breakfast is served and also from neighbouring rooms (I recommend bringing earplugs).

The room where I stayed had cozy pillows and nice bed. The bed was very comfortable. I had enough space to enjoy the room. It is perfect for a solo trip, but also for families that have a fixed budget and want to enjoy a nice room.

Honestly, I think this place has no major problems. Everything was all right. The staff was nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at this place, and I will be definitely back!

I have been a guest at Bi&Bi three times in the past year and I love the clean, quiet, welcoming atmosphere of this property, located just steps away from Széll Kálmán tér, various restaurants, and Fény Street Market...the rooms are comfortable and cheerful with lovely windows. Free coffee is available at all times and the staff is professional, caring, kind, and always ready to offer helpful suggestions to make the guests feel valued and secure. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Budapest!

The hotel is very ideal it has train and bus stops just 2 mins away. It has restaurants, supermarkets and shopping mall just around the corner. The self checkin was very easy to manage and very friendly stuff. I would highly recommend for a short stay in Budapest.

The only thing that bothered me was the awkward smell when you enter the first door. Could be due to the next door shop. Other than that the room was very clean and had all the necessities.

Warm and cozy place, feels like home, very responsive host with a lovely dog. The windows are equipped with firm roller shutters that can fully block the sunlight in the room - a very rare and needed feature. For some extra fee, there was quick laundry service, breakfasts and for free there are some treats like juice, sandwiches (in the morning), apples and cookies available for those who manage to grab them.

Some Asian restaurant is located next door and smell from its kitchen is all over the place. The room was clean in general, but the dust could be wiped out more often.

The location of the apartment was unbelievably convenient, it’s literally 3 min from the metro and tram station where you can head to any sites you might want go. 10 mins to Fisherman’s bastion and Royal palace, 20 mins to the center etc. In neighborhood there are supermarkets such as Spar, restaurants and coffee shops around the corner. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The apartment itself had everything you might need. It’s also a coffee and tea corner with a kitchen at the place when you can have a snack at any time of the day and night. The breakfast was simple but satisfying.

It’s nothing I can think of. Everything was excellent.

Clean and comfortable hotel, very well placed for metro and trams to get round the city. Friendly receptionist.

Unfortunately there was some confusion regarding the reception hours, nobody was there when I checked in, which wasn't a problem however in the morning there was nobody on reception when I wanted to pay and leave. Booking.com quote the check out hours as 0600 to 1000 but apparently the reception isn't staffed until 0800 which was a problem for me.
