It was easy to find. McDonald's was right next door. The room was actually well insulated well, and it was a quiet sleep.

We paid for a queen size bed, but the beds were full-size. The room hadn't been cleaned properly.

Location was perfect! In Mesa, by food and shopping, close to Hwy 60 one block North or go South to Baseline and very close to Gilbert. Pool had 14 palms surrounding, clean towels available and a hot tub. Coffee tea and water available in lobby.

Third floor room had window facing Cat assembly plant that had bright light shining in room, had to keep darkening curtains pulled closed at night. Bathroom shower was light, had tub wich was a high step without a grab bar for balance. Closet needs more hangers.

Bed was super comfortable! Shower head was wonderful (full, but gentle soft water flow); Room was modern with extra chairs. Staff was so accommodating, dealing kindly with our late, late arrival after a full day of packing to move. Breakfast area was spacious and food adequate, with many choices.

The coffee machine in the breakfast room was inadequate, dispensing different combinations of coffee and water that led us to drinking the brewed coffee in the lobby. Also, website advertising claims this site has a waffle machine. It instead has a pancake machine, and with the volume of people who stay here, I'd recommend you supply both. The waffle iron takes 2 minutes to cook, so would obviously slow patrons, but if both were available, it would balance the volume and time.

Good variety for breakfast (although the same every day); nice, large room; clean; comfortable bed and nice bedding; reasonable price; friendly, helpful staff; large, pleasant lobby; liked that it was non-smoking and pet-free. We extended our stay and returned later in the week to stay before flying home for a total of 4 nights. A good location for Mesa airport and the things we wanted to do in the area.

Armchair had a tear in the upholstery on one arm; I didn't like the feel or color of the naugahyde material of the sofa (however, having a sofa was a plus). The price went up when we reserved for one night before flying home.

Katelyn at the front desk was professional, friendly and personable. She went out of her way to make my stay perfect. The room was recently painted and redecorated with a beautiful 3 picture mural above the bed of the SW desert landscape and Saguaro cactus. The bed was comfortable and the other guests were quiet in the evening, so I got a good night's sleep. The hot breakfast had multiple selections of eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, muffins, fruit, juice, coffee, yogurt, etc. and the dinning room was large enough for everyone and very clean. A great place to stay and close to Mesa Gateway Airport.

I enjoyed the breakfast food and drinks. That really makes a difference when I look for a place to stay not crazy about the continental breakfasts are lame. This place had a decent hot breakfast. I will be booking here again in the future. It’s a little bit pricey, but I’ve learned my lesson staying at cheaper hotels, especially the Dobson Inn in Mesa about 1 mile west of us. what a horrible place and experience. I believe they have a racket going on there with the tow company. We arrived at a late check-in. It was dark. We did not see their sign on the building stating that you’re not allowed to back your car into a parking space your license plate has to be showing. what a joke because they towed our car.it Took three weeks of bitching and complainingto get a refund on the tow. Not to mention all of the black mold in the bathroom. And their breakfast was terrible never again. It’s funny because the manager mentioned they were going to close and demolition the hotel within three months and here it is two years later and they’re still in business, which is very surprising. The owner of the place is from India and I don’t think he’s aware of what’s going on with his business. Very shady people running that hotel thanks for listening.

The queen bed seemed like they were smaller than a standard size. I’m not sure why?

Manager Dean where just the best kind of person, happy, joking, friendly, informative, just the kind of person we like. He, the pillows and the mattresses where outstanding. And poolside was clean, quiet and right in the sun. Loved it! We stayed four noghts, went away and had to come back for a couple of more night. Area felt quiet, 5 minutes walk to Wal-mart, restaurants around the corner, and no homeless people around. Very nice area! When and if we go back to PHX, this is the place we will stay!

Have no complaints at all!

Staff was great and helpful. Beds were clean and comfy. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of variety. Easy access to major roadways. Price I paid was worth it.

It is a little outdated and has a bit of wear and tear, but the beds were clean, and that's where it counts for me. Plus for the price I paid, I was expecting something a bit more run down, so I can't complain. (I only include the cons because some people are overly picky wanting low prices and perfectly manicured hotels, so that type of person would probably not enjoy it)

The location was ideally suited for my requirements. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The room was comfortable and featured a cozy seating area with a sofa and a desk for working. There was a nice, clean workout room with several well-maintained equipment. Additionally, there is a lovely small pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom could use some repairs could have been cleaner. The floor had several dirty areas. The breakfast was the same thing every day egg patties and sausage patties.

The staff is always helpful and friendly! I prefer the dog rooms because they're bigger and it's easy to move around in them. Their pillows are the best! There's a back entrance so if you park behind the hotel, it's easy to leave. It's also close to the Mesa Arts Center, where we went for a concert.

The room is a bit run down, but everything works and it's clean and a good size with a couch (dog room).
