We had a fantastic stay. Four mums and their 14 yr old sons. The apartment comfortably slept the 8 of us! A big sofa bed that was wide and was actually 2 single beds which was perfect for 2 boys sharing. Beds were super comfy, showers lovely, everything you needed in the kitchen and plenty of space. The pool and spa are clean and great and location is superb with two ski lifts just over the road. Brilliant value and spot for a long wknd skiing. Definitely recommend.

Very good communication from the property. Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable, good kitchenette. Great to have a UK and a European pillow per bed. I like that the kitchen cleaning kit was sufficient for a week (often get 2 dishwasher tabs!) The ski locker was amazing, glove, helmet, and boot warmer / drier, plenty of space. Lots of hot water and good pressure. Great location opposite the lifts Pool area was lovely

(I am being critical here, as we had an amazing time and loved the property, just want to give some feedback!) The apartment was missing hooks to hang clothes on, also very few drawers. The kitchen and bedroom cupboards are very high - anyone under about 170 cm would not be able to reach the glasses. There was very little cupboard space to store any food. Apartment was very hot, even with the heating off, so we had windows open which felt like a bit of a waste of energy! The exit on the second floor to Chalet D was not marked, there was a fire exit sign but no sign saying this way to Chalet D. I would have preferred to be able to leave the dishwasher running when we left, we had a very early pick up and it was a pain to have to hand wash the breakfast stuff.

Stayed in July as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Spacious, clean apartment with a gorgeous view of the mountain. The apartment has everything you need, as well as comfortable beds, a balcony and underground parking. Very polite staff, which is important, speaks English. The hotel is located in a beautiful area full of hiking routes and activities for adults and children.

The location was great - very close to the TdF Femmes finish. Good for all cycling. Some lovely walks. The apartment was comfortable. The staff were excellent. I'll go back to do more. Le Chinaillon has just enough to avoid having to go to Le Grand-Bornand every day. And we were fortunate with the weather.

We had to park outside in the public car park. Wasn't a problem but was unexpected.

Everything. I particularly liked the staff who were professional and very kind. The appartement is well equipped with quality equipment and appliances. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and Hamman area are clean and very pleasant. The cherry on the cake is the spa where you can get a massage.

The gym is great but everyone can see you. People might use it more if there were less windows overlooking the gym.

Location was perfect, the apartment was generally very nice and well equipped. On the first floor, we were just a few steps away from the ski changing rooms and also near the spa.

Our room wasn't ready for us on our arrival. There was a problem with the drains in the bathroom and the place stank. We requested to be moved to another room and that happened smoothly.

Due to weather not many runs open. Reception unavailable between 12-4pm so we could get in upon arrival at 3pm

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. Perfectly positioned for the ski lift, and right in the heart of Chinnailon town too. Just amazing :-)

Only a minor thing but heating in the apartment was difficult to get to the right temperature. Was mostly too hot (for me and my kids, but not my wife!)

Fantastic location opposite ski lifts and ski school. Great pool and services. Lovely staff.

Not much. Living room a bit tight. Kitchen equipment limited. Bar closed at 19h30 on the Friday night. Ski room space too tight for school holiday users.

Everything in our stay was perfect and comfortable. Great location for relaxing vacation with family.
