This little motel is very dated, but spotlessly clean and run by a very friendly and helpful Indian family who create a lovely family feel to the business. It's only about half an hour to Albany and well worth staying here, especially if you are on a tight budget.

My worst thing is that the mirror in the bathroom is not useable because it has been mounted on the side wall over the vanity. This means that you would need to either stand in the shower to see yourself, or lean over the vanity and crane your neck.

Great little room on the verge of town, we had plenty of warm blankets and the aircon/heater was great as it was such a cold night but made our stay comfortable. Only stayed for one night, but had everything we needed, loved that there was a microwave in the room - didn't use it but great to know if we need to stay in future. Would definitely be happy to stay again.

There were electric blankets but the power cord didn't reach the socket from one side of the bed, so didn't use it.

Room was comfortable and parking was easy in front of the room. Had TV, fridge microwave and kettle. Recently tiled bathroom was a nice touch. Nice and convenient to the main part of the town. Check in was quick and easy and is open past the usual time of most motels.

Maybe I am asking too much but just small bowls to use for cereals. 2 members of our family they missed breakfast because no bowls..I know the rooms I booked had no kitchen facilities but small bowls in every room would be better. 3 family members drank tea since we could not prepare cereals

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. just need to ask if you need anything, eg: cutlery. although plenty of other guests it was still a quiet area. the curtains joined properly in the middle to keep out the morning light.

No Mircowave and front reception even though he was very helpful and friendly . For front reception he should have been more presentable still can be casual . but a little more classy . As front reception is first point of contact , Presentation is important .

Perfect to get to the town by bike and we liked the shops there. There was a lovely garden behind the rooms and seating - really nice.

Accommodation a bit dated and bedroom areas, kitchenette and bathroom a bit smaller than some we stayed in.

Stayed there previously and was an easy choice when looking at accommodation options. Good place to stay and close to town and the rooms are adequate for an overnight stay. Beds are comfortable and bathroom has the usual facilities.

Very professional and attentive service. Good value for money, especially considering that we were travelling during peak season. Clean. The surrounding area was quite pleasant as well.

We only stayed one night as a stop over. Facilities are dated but was clean and comfortable and the man in the office was very friendly. To the rear of the rooms is a lovely garden to look at. You can access from the end of the building .Was not far from the Town centre and shops
