I recently stayed at Landmark Plaza Hotel for two weeks and had an outstanding experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way—from the warm hospitality to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The staff across all departments, including reception, the restaurant, and housekeeping, were exceptionally welcoming and professional. I especially want to commend the housekeeping gentleman working on the 8th floor—he was always kind, respectful, and meticulous in his work. His positive attitude truly made a difference in my stay. The hotel’s location is perfect, directly opposite Baniyas Metro Station, which makes getting around the city incredibly easy. There’s also a beautiful garden right in front of the hotel, adding a refreshing touch of nature to the urban setting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and will definitely return on my next trip!

I really appreciate the fact that staffs listen,hear and execute clients' demands.My father being a heart patient cannot leave in four closed walls. They understand that he needs a room with open balcony and we get it. Staffs are welcoming and always smiling although clients are complaining.They are problem solver and do everything to make clients happy. I don't remember all names but special thanks to all staffs,Eden,the door bell man, the Manager,the receptionists. Every time I will come to Landmark please allow me Room 309.

The balcony needs to be cleaned. More lights in the room. More switch plugs.

location is great , I'm staying there for a long days the service with all the staff starting from recepation eden, ranjini, zafran and salam, safraz, saad are very helpful and kind. Special thanks to housekeeping sumon and munir daily asking the comfort of the room , then some staff names dhanveer, karthik.I was extremely happy with the cleaning and staff handling ,So I have extended my stay with them for more day.

I was happy , but only issue i fased on my stay is wifi , many time they fixed it but again I'm facing the same issue. My request to improve the wifi.

It was very clean and it is located in the best area specially for late night shopping A big thanks to Zaima who made our stay fabulous and beautiful She helped me a lot It was my birthday and i was given an upgrade to superior room A big big thanks to zaima She also help me a lot when my baby got sick She is a really gentle lady And also big thanks to kartik who cleaned our room so tidy It was a really good stay Please don’t think twice to book this hotel It’s the best and affordable one

I have stayed in this hotel many times. I must say that the hotel employees are the most friendly and helpful which is one of the main reasons i stay there. Rakesh at reception is very competent and very professional, solving any problems you may encounter during your stay. Housekeeping staff, including Sajid Chaudry, are amazing.The location is another good factor. In terms of the facilities, i use the gym, which situated in their other hotel, 1 or 2 mnts away. Again, the gym staff are very welcoming and most helpful.

They could do some upgrading to the rooms to modanise the furniture and bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was great.. and the staff was very friendly, especially our housekeeping guy, Mr Sunny, who made sure our room was clean and we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Thanks again, sir... I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who love their privacy and quiet. We will definitely visit again soon!

Only the receptionist staff need to be more friendly and have a little bit more customer care..apart from that everything was great..

The room cleaning staff were supportive and respectful especially Sunni Zaib and Mohamed Arshad Khan, also reception staff Riaz. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to shopping areas and malls. A Dubai metro station is just across the road.

Lack of restaurant services at the hotel. Had to visit another Landmark hotel nearby, not very convenient

Everything at the property was amazing, the security are good,the location is very good, easy to connect with shops, markets also metro station is about 30 meters from the property. The cleaning is very good, the staffs are well cooperative especially Mr. ARSHAD KHAN from room service department.

The property’s restaurant is either not working or are closing very early, that made customers to go outside to find food.

I had a pleasant stay at Landmark Hotel Plaza. The service was excellent—special thanks to Ashard Khan for keeping the room clean and comfortable. At the reception, Salam, Eden, Lakmal, and Ranjani were all very helpful and welcoming. Appreciate the hospitality!
