We were staying at this hotel many times and therefore, we knew what what we would experience which was great. Most of the staff are very helpful and welcoming and especially the managers. The rooms are great and the resort, beach and Talisa Spa are wonderful.

Firstly, I did expect more for our email communications and unfortunately, we did not receive the replies in time or even not any! I did request for a quiet room from the beginning and we were forced to change our room three times! Unfortunately, our experience at the first step for check-in with the staff was not very pleasant and there was just two managers who really helped us a lot. I believe the resort really needs more buggies for transportations of the guests and it is usually an issue to get a buggy or Abra in time.

The facilities

Breakfast is chaos and way too crowded for a 5 star resort. Long queues at the cooking stations. The resort has enough food outlets so the breakfast should be divided into different zones to reduce the crowd in one spot.

Villa 19-01 was great however they class it as a ‘deluxe lagoon view’ however you can’t see the water. It was a 5-8min drive in a buggy / on an abra. The butlers were fantastic and the sundowners were a real treat after a day around the pool. Abras and buggies were fun and you only waited max 10mins for one at any time of the day.

The pool is in desperate need of repair - both our children injured themselves on broken tiles. We chose Jumeirah over other resorts due to the access to the Wild wadi water park so the whole family, particularly our 8 year old little girl were hugely disappointed to discover the park was closed during our stay, evethough the booking confirmation stated the park would be open from 2nd feb. Not only we’re we disappointed, we felt it was poor/false advertising as we had paid a lot of money for something we couldn’t use.

This was our third stay at this truly outstanding hotel, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we loved every single minute. The level of customer service is simply exceptional – every member of staff goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. A very special mention goes to Jasim, who looked after us so well by the pool every day – always attentive, kind, and thoughtful. Simo, our waiter at Al Nafoorah, was wonderful, providing warm and professional service that made our dining experience even more memorable. And Elif at The French Promenade was an absolute delight – friendly, attentive, and a real credit to the team. The food across the resort is another standout feature – absolutely faultless. We enjoyed exceptional meals at Pierchic, The French Promenade, Al Nafoorah, and The Hide – each one was a real treat. The little Abra boats are still a favourite part of the experience – there’s something so magical about gliding through the water to reach your destination in the resort. A huge thank you as well to the butler service, both in the villas and through the e-butler app – so efficient and always one step ahead. I really can’t stress enough how amazing this hotel is. After three stays, it just keeps getting better, and I’m looking forward to returning with my daughter in August as a birthday treat!

Nothing - it was a faultless stay

The hotel was absolutely amazing and so luxurious. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, especially Wallace at welcoming, Butlers Alexa and Anisa from Villa 25, and Zito who managed the pool. All of them made sure we were well looked after at all stages of our stay. We will absolutely be re-visiting in the future and recommending to anyone planning on visiting Dubai.

The only small con we noticed during our stay was that the bedroom was still a bit warm at night time even with the aircon set to the coldest option. We did visit during the summer time though when Dubai is at its hottest

Beautiful and well maintained We also had a problem and needed a Doctor, they sent the Dr. Very fast and checked to see if we need anything and if everything was good.

They didn’t tell us that breakfast is until 11 on Saturday and Sunday. We arrived at 11 and although the restaurant was full of people and the buffet was still open, they refused to let us sit and sent us to the lobby for a complimentary breakfast a la cart. I have stayed in Palm House “lagoon Room” (65 sqm) with a terrace (villa24) for 3 nights. My Room was Spacious and comfortable and my bathroom was total luxury. The bathroom was equipped with the high-end Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer. I was warmly greeted by a beautiful Mexican lady (Alexa ) upon arrival to my room (morning butler). Mr Saleem (India) from porterage handled my luggage quickly and Mr Ibrahim (Egypt) from reception did the checked in process smoothly. Rooms are located in Villas, Villas are reached by boat or golf buggy (walking is possible) and each is served by a male or female butler (available 24 hour). Each villa has a courtyard with a fountain, for gathering or socializing with guests. Big thank you for Mr Shahed Hussain from Bangladesh (buggy rider), for his ultimate service and cheerfulness. Mr Malik from Villa 24 was super helpful and professional. . Ritu Dalmia I had a vegetarian lunch at Atrangi by Ritu Dalmia, serving traditional north Indian dishes. I had “my all time favorite of” tasty dhal (Lentil stew) with fluffy rice. The dhal was flavorful & spicy with shreds of ginger. . SFēRA Salon I had a service done at the salon by lady Samantha, this lady did a great job and I received a fantastic service. Lady buthyna (reception) was very welcoming. . I can not wait to come back to this amazing resort and super staff

Warm AC in my room

It was an exceptionally perfect experience to stay here. Butler service was more than helpful! Hotel area is huge, so all the compliments ( snack, cocktails, wine) served right in villa was a bless of god in this hot season. Buggy service was fast and friendly and arba service was a real fun and amused us many times. Breakfast in main restaurant was delicious and quite diverse. Comparing with others in Dubai - better than One and Only, than burj al arab, Marsa al arab or Jumeirah beach

The Butler Adrees from villa 26 made our Holiday. The food is amazing as always. Staff couldn't do more for you. The resort is so clean and almost have too many staff that are all so helpful.

The villa was quite far away and needed to get a buggy or boat from it but that is partially our fault as we booked an inland villa. Next time we would book a villa that was on the seafront to allow better transport around the resort
