Room was fantastic, really spacious, was good that the breakfast area was combined with the Ibis for more choice and seating. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - although they seemed to be confused about whether there was a shuttle bus to the mall and when it ran - I ended up catching a taxi instead. Nothing was too much trouble from housekeeping to room service (Mamun, Dhundran, and I can’t remember the name of the chap from housekeeping but he was really good too).

Location was very near mall and metro but got badly flooded

The Breakfast was awesome. I had my share of good breakfast and its one of my main motivations when I decide for staycation. To my surprise the breakfast served here was of high quality, specially considering what we paid for. Pool is at Roof which is Ok and good facility to enjoy with kids. The Hotel is at close proximity to Mall of the Emirates and other restaurants. We usually walked to our Mall of the Emirates or Applebees restaurant.

There was a distinct odor in the hallway as we made our way to our room. The room was well designed but a bit small but I'll take that any given day with what I was paying for. The Gym was under maintenance or renovation so anyone who follow a strict fitness routine can inquire in advance.

The location was ideal. Peaceful and calm surroundings. Just 5 to 6 minutes walk to the Mall of Emirates and ultimately you can access the mall's metro station from inside the mall. 24/7 Carrefour next to the hotel and good restaurants around the property. Reasonable swimming pool and gym. Good variety of breakfast. Very cooperative and friendly staff. To name the few, Nyi Nyi, Maraj, Ajay. More plus points also include their shuttle service to the mall of Emirates and Jumeirah Kite Beach. Good value for money. I'm definitely going to stay here again.

Hotel Location is too convenient. As it is located in between 2 metro station and a 2nd biggest Mall of Dubai Mall of Emirates. METRO 1: Mashreq Metro is like 8 to 10 Min walk. Prefered option. Metro 2: Mall of Emirates Metro is like 10 to 12 Min walk. Mall of Emirates. 5min walk via kapenski Hotel Entrance. Things to do. Most of things for tourists are near to Al Barsha like Marina, Jumera, palm Jumera where you can fina cruise, water sports, water parks, and allot of other activities Hotel and Room Nice neat and clean hotel. And washroom. Toilet is seperate and small for a big size adults but neat and clean. Breakfast was very good must be included in the package.

Electric Switch board should have usb charging points as well.

room - 521 good points the best part - we were upgraded to family suite from the regular suite that we had booked thanks to manager Mr Hatem. 1. room is large & comfortable. 2. breakfast spread is good. 3. 10mins walking distance from mashreq metro station & 15mins walking distance from mall of emirates. 4. very polite & courteous staff. 5. not so good points 1. room over looks the adjoining hotel. 2. though the breakfast spread is good but its the same most of the days. so you run out of options if you staying for long. 3. the pool is not heated (atleast for asians temperature requirement) since its on the terrace, it gets colder with the breeze blowing. even after several request they could not get the heater working which was The Major Bummer. 4. the shower cubicle in the room is tad bit small, so Plus size guest will have challenges in the space :) keep up the good work team novotel. thank you for making our stay so pleasant & comfortable. cheers

The room was very comfortable, bed was conducive to a good sleep especially after a long day of traveling. The front desk attendants were all excellent in thier customer service and I mean each and every person . The location of this hotel to the Emirates Mall is also a huge plus.

That there is another novotel that is often times mistaken for this one. I was actually dropped off by my grab driver in the wrong one and had to hail another cab to get to thos correct one. That was a bit annoying especially after a almost 23 hour flight.

Room - Clean, top floor (as requested), away from elevators and quiet Good view of the main street Quiet beds were clean washroom was clean

Pillows were hard. This is my 4th stay - this is the first time I had encountered them Supplementary drain next to bathtub was partially clogged when you try empty the tub - water spills out from that drain in to the bathroom. NOT OK No coffee sachets No creamer Quality of tea bags has dropped One day there was no room cleaning.

Location was good

Upon arrival, the room designated was not good and had a nasty smell. Later they moved to the other room, but it was a hassle and then we faced the difficulty of connecting our phones to the internet, after juggling for half an hour finally the security guard genius did the magic. All the IT geniuses and hotel managers could not understand and solve the issue. Finally, thumb up to the security guard !!!!

Clean and good location

On the day of checkout and disregarding the sign of Do Not Disturb the housekeeping supervisor knocked early morning and really disturbed us (Very bad and unpleasant and unprofessional) please revise the cameras to make sure that the DND sign wasn’t reversed by any person I SUGGEST THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN TO BE a SEPARATE SINGLE SIGN WITH A CLEAR DIFFERENT ONE COLOR ON BOTH SIDES To eliminate any risk OR to make a light of Do Not Disturb to be switched on from the inside of the room so it couldn’t be changed by any person outside in the corridor
