The breakfast was nice. There were several options to choose from, such as various cereals-hot and cold, as well as fruits, yogurts, breads and hot foods. You could pretty much find something filling to start your day. There was also coffee, juice and tea.

I stayed there two days and this was an unexpected trip. The first day, I had no problem with check in, both days I booked through the site, however I had problems with them finding my reservation the next day that I checked in. Thankfully, the manager that checked me in on the first day was there and found my reservation immediately and I was able to get into my room quickly.

Front desk manager the night we stayed was amazing. We could not get Internet service in our room but did not realize that until late. He tried troubleshooting with us and once we realized nothing would work, he helped us relocate and made sure my girls were streaming their favorite show! The breakfast bar was absolutely wonderful with lots of choices.

Only that we couldn't stay longer!

Checked in on 4/28 , stayed for 1 night. Ms.Deanna the lady who checked us in was extremely helpful & very polite. Hotel was in perfect distance for our Doc Appt. As well the Hotel was in a great location for restaurants and shopping.

The only problem that I had with the property is that the ice machines were down as well, there was a roach in the room.

We came to Durham for a show at DPAC and decided to stay the night and make it a girl's day out the next day. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Employees were very friendly and helpful. They provided a wonderful hot breakfast. Chickfila is walking distance across the parking lot. Target, Southpoint Mall and multiple shops are just minutes away. Definitely glad we made the decision to stay here

The breakfast included more excellent items than we usually see...multi-items to add to oatmeal/cereal such as Pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, granola, walnut halves, brown sugar, etc. there is a Gazebo next to the parking lot overlooking a Geyser Water spray ...excellent place to reflect/relax after travel.

Morning desk staff was a little dismissive and unwelcoming but the entire experience check in room night staff cleanliness all EXCELLENT

Morning desk clerk was not a nice lady. Very dismissive and a bit rude.

The breakfast was great! Well stocked with hot food hot, and a mix of cold cereal and breads. Many beverage options. And waffles! The staff were very friendly and helpful!

No microwave in the room. The bar was only open from 6-9pm.

The hot breakfast was awesome. The room was nice to. The front desk employees were awesome and very nice and helpful.

On he last day there was this man thatapproached me when I was sitting outside in my car smoking. Asking who I was and whether I was suppose to be there. Then when I finished my cigarette I was sun bathing he approached me again and this time I had to give him my entire name and room number like he didn't believe me. He wasn't exactly nice about it either. The rest of the staff were awesome

paid $70 more for 31st of december without me approving it.

being charge 179 $ for one day in the middle of my stay in stead of $ 109

The location was good for our event at Chapel Hill. Staff very friendly and the room was nice and clean

Ice machines on both floors were out of order. No big issue but should be fixed
