The place is the best to have; at the edge of Bagdat avenue; there is a metro station behind of the hotel which makes easy for all historical center journeys. Sirkeci station which is the center of historical area takes only 17 minutes from this station/. There are lots of bars, cafes, restaurants nearby. Just 200 meters away seaside with parks and cafes, restaurants. Bagdat avenue/Suadiye is not the upscale neighborhood as it was 10 years ago but it is still nice area; clean and many shopping possibilities. The room was large and warm. With the many windows exist; it was very lightly. Since we rented for 10 days; they provided a free cleaning once. But they changed towels everyday.

|One of the shortcomings was TV. Only Turkish channels or Arabic channels; despite many warnings, it was not possible to change. my Russian friend had no choice to watch in the evening. Netflix application did not appear most of the days in smart TV. There was only youtube. Internet was slowed down many times. And the room will be better if renovated. Regarding cleaning: i understand that it is an apart but if you place dishwasher and washing machine for clothes; better to provide at least some capsules. Because for 10 days, purchasing a pack of capsules is not normal by the guest.

Makeover is definitely with bathroom appliances. And we weren’t informed about construction work, starting with noise at 8.30am daily. This info would have been nice in advance.

The staff were very pleasant and accomodating. They stored our luggage for a few more hours after our checkout. Towels are changed and trash's empited every day. The apartment we lived in was clean at our arrival, spacious, has AC in every room, great view from the balcony. The location worked well for us too. It's close to bus and metro stations, lots of cafes and restaurants around.

The traintracks are near the apartment building. I would not say it is unbearably loud, but you can hear train go by even with the windows closed. I wish there was a mop or something, so we could sweep the floor (since there's only one day a week a cleaner comes to clean the apartment).

People were super nice, welcoming. Location is excellent in many ways Beds are comfortable When you deliver something, there is a desk can welcome anytime. It seems that it is pet friendly

There is an old style of 2 cook, which takes ages to cook. The flat is not that clean. Under the couch and bed is dirty that can go all over if the windows are open. The rooms are absolutely very hot: it was impossible to sleep. Some of them impossible to close up. You can only ask for one time cleaning in a week. It is understandable but then put some products and hoover in a main area so that we can clean by ourselves. This is the most important one.

Location is great, many transportation options ( buses , marmaray metro and taxis) . Bagdat street is full of coffee shops and high quality restaurants. Shopping is also a great choice there .

There was construction so the place was noisy and dusty, kitchen appliances could be better, cleaning was not done daily.

Perfect location in one of best places in Istanbul. Close to metro station. You can find anything in the neighbourhood A cosy apartment with almost everything that you need to stay

Room service was once for a 8-night stay, I expected more for our stay. Hotel barely gave cleaning stuff, for example we asked for dish washing machine tablet multiple times, finally I got tired of it and I bought it from supermarket. The apartment is in front of the train station you could easily hear the trains noise but that was not a big deal.

Unlike the description, it’s not soundproof. You can loudly hear the train, cars, neighbors, even the seagulls. Was very hard for me to sleep. Appliances are not the best and only have turkish labels. Also, adding things like larger mugs, oven mittens, better knives, etc., would be great. Deep cleaning is only done once a week (including changing bed sheets) The washer had a strong mildew odor, and although I ran 2 self-cleaning cycles, all clothes still came out smelly. The bidets require adjustment. Essentials, like kitchen paper towels, dish soap, etc. should be provided in my opinion.

Loved the property…

The location is at the heart of Bagdad street, beautiful and lively street with lots of shops and restaurants around. We used to come back late night, found the area very safe always. Suwadiye Marmara train station is just 5 minuts away, you have train every 10 minutes, can reach any part of istanbul in half an hour, bus / taxies alway available to reach kadikoy,. The property is modern, spacious and very comfortabale, we were family of 4, we enjoyed the stay. The reception staffs were very helpful and professional, they arranged us taxi to Airport. Will stay there if we come back istanbul. Recommended.

- location is great, you can find everything by walking or also very good public transportation options as well, but not best for a car due to heavy traffic at all times - big apartment, accommodate 5-6 people easily - like a real apartment, doesn't feel like a hotel - slippers available - pet friendly

- noisy due to marmaray (train), if you have light sleep it might be a problem for you - kitchen might be equipped in a better way - water is not provided - expensive
