Shuttle service back to airport was terrible. Waited one hour, then had to take alternate transportation.

This is a modern hotel with well furnished rooms, large screen TV, and comfortable beds. The front desk staff, particularly Tami, were great.

The hotel was very crowded. The elevators were almost always slow and full. Laundry was $10 wash and dry. Breakfast was just average. There was no bar or restaurant, but the sister hotel next door did have both. They gave me a room with two king beds which took up all of what would normally be the living room space. This hardly left room to walk around, and the eating table next to the kitchenette was the only place to sit. There were NO chairs.

Ramon McCombs (a manager) made my experience exceptional. It was my first time staying in Arlington and he went above and beyond in making sure my stay was worry free and filled with great experiences in close proximity to the hotel, yet also complimented my reason for visiting , which was for the visitation of friends and family. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs. Not only did I experience this personally, I witnessed it everytime I saw him in the lobby with customers! I will undoubtedly be staying here again just because of Mr. McCombs!

Well, if you like looking at buildings it was a great view. It’s a big like Legoland outside. The breakfast was excellent. How do you make so many scrambled eggs so good? I didn’t use it, but the parking appears to be extraordinarily expensive. It may be a bit city thing. Parking fees are worse in San Francisco. I would prefer to see free parking for guests.

I don’t care for over bright. I probably wouldn’t select a hotel bathed in red, pink or purple. That said, the color scheme in a bit muted. Maybe a little more color, a little more cheerful, colorful art word. Historical paintings, classic paintings, modern as long as they are not causing guests to leap out of windows.

The hotel was super comfortable and clean. I loved the setup of the room and accommodations itself. (Kitchen, Laundry room) It was very comfortable for staying for a week. I also loved the free breakfast! It was always hot, delicious, and a perfect way to start off the day! The free shuttle to and from the airport and the free shuttle to and from the Metro station (the Metro station is about 1 mile from the hotel) were very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

I could tell that the front desk was short on staff. It was a longer wait to check in and receive customer service. The elevators went down during our stay, which was a huge bummer considering that we were on the 14th floor. Some of the elevators were fixed later that day, but it was pretty inconvenient to get access to our room.

Loved the decor and ambiance of hotel. Staff was nice. Room size was great. The shuttle to and from airport was super convenient.

There was a funky smell in our bathroom. I could vaguely smell it in a few hallways too, so I feel it may be related to neighborhood construction or perhaps the water pipes. While I didn't enjoy it, it wasn't bad enough for me to ask to move to a different room. While the staff was nice, they were frequently not enough of them at the checkin counter to serve the number of people waiting for help. They either need more staff and/or bigger check in area.

Rooms were spacious and comfy. Beds were amazing. Efficiency kitchen was very convenient for us. Very clean inside. Lobby and staff were great. Free breakfast was delicious and many choices.

The parking situation is a bit ridiculous. The fee was $44 for the night even though on booking.com I could have sworn it said parking was free. How on earth can you charge so much to park the car? Since parking on the street is restricted, I feel you are taking advantage of people and charging very high parking prices. The parking garage was shared with a neighboring hotel too.

They offer convenient and reliable shuttle service to the airport or metro station every half hour, which is the main reason I chose this hotel for my stay. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My room was very well priced for a large, comfortable, clean suite with a king size bed, sofa bed, and full kitchen that included a small range for cooking, a full size refrigerator, and a dishwasher.

This isn't really a negative, I just can't comment on the quality of the breakfast because I had to check out for an early flight before it was to be served.

The room was very comfortable, especially having the full kitchen option is great for a longer stay. The free breakfast is a nice bonus. The rooms are well insulated so noise is way minimized. A short distance away are restaurants and grocery stores. Bed was very comfortable.

It's not a cheap place to stay.
