Loved the fact that the staff accommodated to our wants and took the pool cover and jacuzzi off. Rooms are very spacious and clean, really thoughtful layout as well. Beds were comfy too! The surroundings are really quiet and it's really close to the shopping area.

There is no information to be found about the seasons at which the pool is closed off from public use, this could be updated in the description of the property. We have decided to use the pool but staff made us aware that the water will be as it is because they've stopped heating the pool after Labour Day, so bare that in mind.

We needed to leave a day early and the owner Shawn said he couldn't reimburse me since I didnt book with them directly and that I would need to contact Booking.com for the 1 day reimbursement. The property was very clean and rooms are clean and updated. Nice pool and hot tub area. They have great picnic areas with grills to use. Nice fire pit available for your use.

Nobody watching guest at the pool area and hot tub. Some of the guests needed to be told proper hotel etiquette. Not allowing other guests to enjoy by taking it over as if they were the only guests. Partying and letting there children eat in the hot tub.

The location was excellent. They put our two rooms side by side as requested. We were even able to get into our room early so we didn't have to take our stuff over to the dune rides with us. The staff was very friendly.

The sand at the bottom of the hot tub, but then again what do you expect when probably most of the people there visited the dunes and brought the sand back with them. :- )

Staff was wonderful, everyone we met was very kind. Pam was amazing. She helped with things we needed before we even knew we needed them. She made our stay very comfortable. I book this place because all of the reviews mentioned how pleasant the staff was and how clean everything was. Everything was great. The kids had a great time and so did we. We will def recommend and stay again!

Love the staff and we love having the pool! Also love how close it is to everything. We visited Pentwater, which is not far from there, for our second time and loved it just as much as the first time. :)

Unfortunately, our room smelled pretty musty, so I’m not sure if that has to do with a leak in the bathroom, but regardless it definitely did not ruin our stay!

Well maintained and clean. Love that you have the opportunity to gather around a fire pit while having the conveniences of a motel.

Everything about the property was great. The owner lives on the property. We had a light out and it was fixed immediately.

I liked the close proximity to the sand dunes. enjoyed the fire pit in the evening with the family. Thankful to have rooms next to each other on first floor making unloading/loading easier. Children enjoyed the outdoor pool.

Microwave was rusty on the inside. No breakfast served had to purchase our own. Hot tub could have been a little hotter.

Our stay was great, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were great, very accommodating and knowledgeable about the local area and recommending places to eat, things to do and even the best route out to continue our journey! The area around the rooms was beautiful, with areas to sit and relax and a small play park for kids.
