Breakfast was very nice with a decent amount of choices and the quality was very good. The rooms and whole hotel were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location is close to the Royal Palace and walking distance to many restaurants. The pool was pretty and you could use the pool at the hotel next door too.

The pool was on the first floor and was very nice looking. Unfortunately, no food or beverage allowed in the pool area. There was no place on site to purchase a beer or a soda. There was a bar area , but was not staffed. There were plenty of opportunities to get a beverage at a little store next door, but you could not drink it by the pool.

The hotel is ideal situated near shops and restaurants. It takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The room was good. As others have noted, the pool area could use a little TLC. The breakfast was delicious. A good variety of food was provided. What made this hotel excellent was the staff. They went out of their way to make sure everything was suitable for you. They were very welcoming. They greeted me with a lovely tea and some biscuits. The spa service at the hotel is good. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Very close to the main attractions, such as Royal Palace and riverside. Everything is within walking distance.

I always stay here when I do my visa run from Vietnam. It is a friendly, comfortable and convenient place to stay. All is top notch.

My only criticism is that this time the shower water only got tepid but never warm. But it was not a big deal. The only other thing is the loud music played across from the hotel. It's not loud in the room but I hear the thumping from the bass. It stops around 8pm though. I have misophonia so it would probably not bother most people.

My first room 702 was noisy. I woke up at around 04:00 and reported to Front Desk. They could not do much until the Maintenance team arrived. So I waited in the lobby. They finally found out that the noise was from the AC. I could not sleep from 04:00, I spent my whole time in the lobby as the AC machine just irritated my ears. Finally I got a new room after 12:00 and was fine.

This hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants, supermarkets and within walking distance to the main sight seeing attractions. Our room was really big and clean, had wifi and air con, and a nice view of the city. Only thing that would make it better is if we had easy access to more bottled water as I had to keep asking for it to do our teeth but they always gave me 2 bottles when I did ask so not too much of a problem!

This hotel ticked a lot of boxes for me...location close to Palace, nice eateries close by, breakfast selection very good, staff always willing to help, wifi worked, and comfy bed! I'd be happy to stay here again!

A quieter room would have been nice...was at the front of the building with audible traffic, but a minor thing really...

Liked Everything. The location is close to the Palace and riverfront. But is nice and quiet. Rooms are very high standard and also has a clean and good size pool. Aircon is very cool. And beds and pillows are very comfortable. Has a safe in room. Daily towel change. Also had towels for the pool. Lien on reception is wonderful. He can assist in booking onward travel and local trips. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He is a credit to the hotel. All the staff were friendly. Breakfast is buffet plus choice of hot food. Great value for such a good quality hotel. We liked it so much that we came back.
