This boutique was so close to everything in downtown Munich. Cozy and cute. After hours check in was so easy. The room was warm even though it was freezing outside. Nice bathroom.

We had a bit of wonkiness because we added an extra night stay. They wanted us to change rooms because our last night was a “nicer” room but we didn’t want to change rooms at that point. The offered a bottle of Prosecco for giving up our upgraded room. We accepted. Never saw the bottle of Prosecco. Also, the blow dryer only worked for 60 seconds in our room and our friends room. The front desk acted like they never heard this before. Cmon! Bring your own hair dryer.

Fantastic location just a block away from the Hofbrauhaus. We were lucky enough to secure one of the few hotel parking spaces just behind the hotel (extra charge) which made loading our rental car so much easier. Staff very pleasant.

Hotel gives an address on the next street over (Maximillianstrasse), but from there you have to walk around the block to get to the actual hotel entrance on Falkenturmstrasse. Even the hotel staff said just come directly to Falkenturmstrasse. Wierd! The hotel does have a front desk, but it is rarely staffed. You have to call a Germany phone number to get someone's attention to open the door. That's fine for locals, but foreign travellers may have trouble with such a call.

The location of the hotel was in a great spot that is a block to the tram station and a five minute walk to the S-Bahn. And although it was in a central location, it was very quiet. The size of the room was perfect, and we had plenty of space to spread out. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The receptionists were very nice and helpful.

We had trouble finding the hotel when we first arrived, even with Google maps, as it is not on the street listed on the website, but a block behind. It would be nice if the website had a brief description of how to get to the hotel from the town center. The bathtub was very high and might be difficult to get in and out for someone with mobility issues. Also, it had a very short wall, so the water from the shower would get all over the bathroom floor.

This was a very cool hotel in the heart of Munich on a quiet side street. The rooms sizes were excellent. Although there wasn't a bar or restaurant, we liked the 'honesty bar' system and used this for pre-dinner drinks, tea/coffee etc.

Some people may like facilities such as a bar/restaurant/tv in room but to be honest we didn't miss any of that, being so close to the heart of Munich.

The location was great! Close to many key sights. Very nice waking area. We had our own car. Staff gave us very specific GPS directions on how to arrive at hotel by car as the hotel entrance is down a one way back street off a main blvd. Maximilian Strss. Before we arrived I looked at Google Maps. Had the little man walk around the neighborhood and look at street directions ect. After we arrived at hotel, checked in, dropped off luggage and then parked our car at a very nice parking garage a few blocks away. And then walked back to hotel. Be sure to look at the streets around the hotel on google maps to familiarize yourself if driving. It’s a little tricky getting back to Maximilian Strss.

Would have liked coffee in the room. Had to go down stairs and purchase pods. Then go to Honor bar and make a cup there on machine. Then take to my room.

The location is great, very close to the city center and the room was very clean.

We had a misunderstanding regarding the type of the room. We booked a room with balcony through Booking, but the hotel had a problem with the synchronization and they gave us a room without balcony. Although that create us a small disconfort, the property gave us a discount and drink from the house, which was very nice of them and everything went well.

Good size rooms, air-conditioned & liked the murals in the bedroom - far better than a tv! Great location for visiting the old part of Munich, & wonderful restaurants.

The honesty bar did not have a wide enough drinks choice (size & range) but given there were bars on our doorstep it was not a huge problem to go out!

An excellent boutique hotel. Very large rooms with interesting wall painting. Great location, very attentive staff, although offered services are rather minimalistic. There is a small on-prem parking, a couple of spaces in the inner courtyard. I was lucky to get one. Saved a bit on the parking cost.

Everything was fine with us. Just a word of caution - this is not a traditional full service hotel.

Extremely helpful and welcoming staff. We arrived early and asked if we could drop off our luggage, but instead we were offered a very early check in - much appreciated. A midday checkout then afternoon luggage storage and transport arrangements to the airport was also arranged. Super efficient, friendly Receptionist. Well appointed and cared for property in a great location.

Very good and central location in a quiet side street. Small lounge for drinks was convenient. Rooms were simple and minimalist but reasonably spacious and provides the essentials.

The room was a bit dark due to the decor and lighting. The heating in our bathroom did not work, which was known to the staff. This was tolerable at the time of our visit but would have been very uncomfortable in the colder months.
