As many hotels in Paris getting ready and moving around the room was tight. Counter space to put your stuff is not enough I was literally using a chair as a night stand 😂 no where to put your suitcase but have it closed and stored away. Doing your make up in the bathroom is so hard cause again there’s no where to put your stuff I ended up having to put it in the sink itself which was annoying but honestly I’m not too bothered about it, it was funny.

We like the staff—they’re professional, friendly, and helpful. The location is great too, very close to public transportation (bus, tram, train, metro). There’s a laundromat and a grocery store just 200 meters away. We go to the store every day to buy water, which is much cheaper there than paying $3–$5 elsewhere. Just keep in mind this place is in District 11, so it takes about 20 minutes to reach major attractions and famous food spots. Regarding our room, it was small - If you are not careful, you could bang your arms into the TV or your thigh into a door knob. But with 25 Euro more per night, you can have a bigger room. Having said that, we found the room served us well as we only spent time sleeping there after a long day walking around Paris.

BTW, there was no frig in our room!

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its friendly and accommodating staff, a clean and comfortable room, and complimentary coffee and tea. Despite some negative reviews, we had an incredible stay, with the added bonus of being able to check in early and request a late check-out, which we didn’t anticipate. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a welcoming and hassle-free experience!

The room lacked a mini bar and wardrobe, which we found unusual given the price. It was somewhat inconvenient, as we had no proper place to store or organize our clothes.

Good location, metro and tramstation just outside. This is end station Balard on metroline 8. Metro is quick, 6 stations, about 10 minutes to Ecole Militaire, a station close to (a 5 min walk) to the eiffel tower. A lot of points to change line along line 8 depends on where to go. Kopster hotel (Balard) is the southwest of Paris so quite far away to east and north areas. But ok to go to the center where most tourist attractions are. Paris is a very big city! Nice and helpful staff. Good cleaning! Comfortable beds. Very good hotel, but not perfect! We recommend this hotel.

Hotel is just end of Paris city centre, but right in front of the Metro station, so very convenient to go and come back to the centre. Plus, for the flea market, you only need to take couple of tram stops. During hot season, air-conditioning is a big plus. The hotel faces to the busy street, but when you close window, it is fine. Relatively new building with lift is helpful for luggage. Basic amenities(soap etc), a bottle of water(one per stay), kettle, coffee machine are there for basic comfort. Wifi no problem.

We are small and only spend couple of nights there, so our stay is personally ok, but for some people, the room might be too compact. Not easy to open big cases to unpack, no shelves to keep clothes during stay(some can be hanged) No obvious place to keep cosmetics/tooth brushes etc in the bath room.

The bed was super comfy and soft. The room was very quiet, eventhough it is on the main road. The sound proof system is really good. You don't even hear the guests in the hall way. Breakfast was good too with hot and cold selection. The lady in the breakfast area was very very friendly. The man who served there was fine. Reception in general is quite helpful too. I would come back again if I am coming to Paris again. It has a T3c line right outside or the metro just acrossed the road.

I asked the reception for a kettle because ours didn't work in the room. He just told me there wasn't another available. But luckily, it wasn't the kettle, it was the wall switch that wasn't working properly. We switched location and it worked fine. I also didn't like their beautiful tea bags provided in the roomo, they are in those plastic bags. Lots of micro plastic in your cupa tea.

Truly great location to Roland Garros stadium and also very close to the Elffel Tower. Metro station, tram and bus station and even the train station is just in front of the hotel. Few nice restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Very nice room, spacious (for Paris definitely), nice breakfast with wide options. We were allowed to check-in eralier as we arrived to Paris in the morining. Late check-out (12pm) and it is possible to store your luggage at the day of your departure at hotel and then come back to pick them up.

Hotel staff. I don't know if it was the first day of the lady at the reception but she was quite confused and whole procedure took ca. 30 minutes. Noise from the street -as it is convenient to have all kinds of public transport options close to the hotel, the trams are loud and your windows are facing the street. AC in the common areas - just too cold compared to the outside temperature. Deposit for the room (100€) and with that connected technical problems with payment terminal - we had to give them the deposit in cash.

Good location, polite staff. We sat in the family room, which was clean and big enough for us. Good breakfast, tasty, good choices. Hotel offers happy hour during the week. There is gated parking. All in all, I am pleased with our stay and I would recommend the hotel based on its cleanliness, location and the fact that it has gated parking with no height restrictions.

Cold temperature in the bedroom compared to the living room (the thermostat was in the living room where was warmer than the bedroom). We couldn't adjust the temperature in our room ourselves. Also, the extendable sofa in the living was squeaky, making noises when my toddler was turning in his sleep. The mattress in the bedroom was made up of two mattress, you could feel the gap in the middle of the bed. Downside to the gated parking is that you need to carry your luggage and walk up and down a quite steep hill to get to/from the parking from/to the hotel.

The unique and whimsical jungle decor provided a nice fun environment. Staff at the desk were courteous and welcoming. One person at the desk helped me make a doctors appointment by calling them to clarify that it was an emergency and I needed a same day visit. They also provided umbrellas for rainy days, which was nice. Easy access to taxi/Uber/Bolt, which can pull up in front of the hotel.

The pillows were too soft for adequate head support. It would have been nice to have a few firm pillows as extra options. Also, it's very weird at times for the Bolt car service or Uber or Taxi to locate the address of the hotel. They often stop blocks away, which we could not figure out why the address was not showing up on the map accurately.

Great stay, quirky accommodation, really enjoyed the sizeable suite and the staff were very friendly. Nice location, not too far from the Centre via the Metro. Parking available at the rear as well, nice bar snacks, selection of drinks and good breakfast to start the day.

I would have liked a fridge in the room, especially as the weather was humid and the fridge would have kept our drinks cool and the suite was slightly weathered, but other than that no issues, great room, place to stay and location.
