As many hotels in Paris getting ready and moving around the room was tight. Counter space to put your stuff is not enough I was literally using a chair as a night stand 😂 no where to put your suitcase but have it closed and stored away. Doing your make up in the bathroom is so hard cause again there’s no where to put your stuff I ended up having to put it in the sink itself which was annoying but honestly I’m not too bothered about it, it was funny.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its friendly and accommodating staff, a clean and comfortable room, and complimentary coffee and tea. Despite some negative reviews, we had an incredible stay, with the added bonus of being able to check in early and request a late check-out, which we didn’t anticipate. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a welcoming and hassle-free experience!

The room lacked a mini bar and wardrobe, which we found unusual given the price. It was somewhat inconvenient, as we had no proper place to store or organize our clothes.

Truly great location to Roland Garros stadium and also very close to the Elffel Tower. Metro station, tram and bus station and even the train station is just in front of the hotel. Few nice restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Very nice room, spacious (for Paris definitely), nice breakfast with wide options. We were allowed to check-in eralier as we arrived to Paris in the morining. Late check-out (12pm) and it is possible to store your luggage at the day of your departure at hotel and then come back to pick them up.

Hotel staff. I don't know if it was the first day of the lady at the reception but she was quite confused and whole procedure took ca. 30 minutes. Noise from the street -as it is convenient to have all kinds of public transport options close to the hotel, the trams are loud and your windows are facing the street. AC in the common areas - just too cold compared to the outside temperature. Deposit for the room (100€) and with that connected technical problems with payment terminal - we had to give them the deposit in cash.

Good location, polite staff. We sat in the family room, which was clean and big enough for us. Good breakfast, tasty, good choices. Hotel offers happy hour during the week. There is gated parking. All in all, I am pleased with our stay and I would recommend the hotel based on its cleanliness, location and the fact that it has gated parking with no height restrictions.

Cold temperature in the bedroom compared to the living room (the thermostat was in the living room where was warmer than the bedroom). We couldn't adjust the temperature in our room ourselves. Also, the extendable sofa in the living was squeaky, making noises when my toddler was turning in his sleep. The mattress in the bedroom was made up of two mattress, you could feel the gap in the middle of the bed. Downside to the gated parking is that you need to carry your luggage and walk up and down a quite steep hill to get to/from the parking from/to the hotel.

The unique and whimsical jungle decor provided a nice fun environment. Staff at the desk were courteous and welcoming. One person at the desk helped me make a doctors appointment by calling them to clarify that it was an emergency and I needed a same day visit. They also provided umbrellas for rainy days, which was nice. Easy access to taxi/Uber/Bolt, which can pull up in front of the hotel.

The pillows were too soft for adequate head support. It would have been nice to have a few firm pillows as extra options. Also, it's very weird at times for the Bolt car service or Uber or Taxi to locate the address of the hotel. They often stop blocks away, which we could not figure out why the address was not showing up on the map accurately.

The overall evaluation is generally good. Breakfast pretty good with a wide variety of food. The position of the Hotel really appreciable. Atmosphere recalling exotic colours and perfumes as well. Forniture quite new because of a recent renewal.

I booked two rooms for me and another person at the same price. My room was smaller than my collegue's as I had the opportunuty to verify/check this difference through the anti fire ecape plan map on the wall. Pleaese, guarantee the same treatement if the price is the same. Please, don't take advantage from foreign travellers.

Excellently located for Paris Expo and right opposite a convenient metro station. Good choice of bars and restaurants within a very short walking distance. Lovely comfortable bed, excellent shower and a good breakfast. Super clean. The funky decor was a nice touch.

Our room was very small - even by the standards of Paris - and there was very little storage and hanging space. A few coat pegs on a wall as you come into the room and having the safe somewhere other than in the wardrobe area would have helped a little.

Everything was as described in the photos! The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was to a great standard as well with plenty of towels, toiletries and a hair dryer provided. The staff were extremely friendly and checked us in early with no questions asked. The breakfast had lots of hot and cold options which was self service. The location was the most surprising part - 1 minute walk from the Metro station and opposite a tram station. The local bistros and cafés around the area were incredible as well, both great food and hospitality. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!

The only reasons I couldn't give the hotel a 10 is because we couldn't change the temperature in the room/air con wasn't working. Everything else was perfect!

Exactly what I wanted, not to be close to any tourist attraction. Quiet area without crowds or noise, close to all public transport (which allows easy access to any tourist attraction, regardless of whether you choose the metro or the bus), good bistro 2 minutes walk away. Clean hotel. Breakfast quite generous and varied enough, good coffee. The comfortable bed ensured my proper rest, and the pressure and hot water from the shower also ensured my relaxation.

Although I had already paid for breakfast since we checked in, the next morning, the hotel reception asked me for my room number as I was heading to the dining room. In the dining room I was again asked for the room number. A little disturbing. Unusual for me for a 4 star hotel not to have a minibar and no wardrobe, but only a hanger (probably due to lack of space, the room is quite small and still comfortable).

Cute and quiet location, conveniently located right across from the metro station. Check in process was very easy and no problem to check in a little early. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The front door is secured at night, but no problem to enter as there is someone available 24/7. The room was very comfortable, clean and great size. The bed was very comfortable and I always enjoyed a very restful nights sleep. The balcony was also a nice touch to enjoy a morning coffee or evening snack. I would recommend anyone to stay here. I am happy I stayed here as it made my stay in Paris very enjoyable. I will definitely consider my next stay in Paris here again.
