The room was very clean and spacious with plenty of room from other properties. The whole place was very, very tidy. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The food was also much better than equivalent places in the UK. Finally, the water park was brilliant. Our 5 year old boy absolutely loved it and said it was the highlight of his stay!

The linen hire on top of the cost was a little bit disappointing having travelled from overseas, but I accept that it makes sense for Danish, Dutch, German etc guests as it is easier for them to bring their own. The pillows in the rooms were poor and the beds weren't the most comfortable.

The house is well appointed and close to everything, serviced by a little train that takes you to the main building where there is a supermarket and everything kids may dream on while on holiday. It’s across the street from LegoLand and 2 km away from Lego House, also 3 km from the airport.

There are no essentials provided except for a toilet paper roll and some dishwasher tablets. Given the costs, more things could have been included. It is not OK sheets and towels are not included in the prices, plus they are very pricey (we paid 115 euros for 7 people). And the check-out time at 10 AM is a bit too much...

Excellent for families with children. House great with all amenities needed. Nice shopping within Lalandia, everything available and very friendly staff. Lifeguards in Lalandia extremely helpful, we had some minor injuries and got help immediately!

Food court in Lalandia needs to be improved drastically! 45 min to be able to order, staff more interested in flirting and “hanging” with other members of staff during working hours than preparing food. Complete lack of interest in service unfortunately! Not enough rings/boats for slides available - leads to long waiting time! Cleanliness in ladies lockers needs to be checked more frequently.

We liked the Lalandia village. It was very nice and quiet, with a goat pen and many playgrounds. The house, we lived in, was also very nice. It had all necessary equipment, only roaster was missing in kitchen. We spent many hours in Aquadome and enjoyed every minute.

Floors in accommodation were not clean enough, white socks got quite dirty. It was strange to us that we had to give our credit card info for paying for electricity and other such costs afterwards. We would prefer to pay a bit more beforehand, instead of being credited X amount afterwards. We were credited ~16€ (for 3 nights.

We were a big family, with 6 adults and 3 kids and the house was big enough for all. The place is so beautiful and calm. The Aquadome and all the activities are fantastic, and the proximity to Legoland is wonderful. The supermarket is surprisingly big, with a lot of options.

The restaurants didn't have a lot of options. At lunch the buffet restaurants were closed, so if you stay for long periods, especially with kids, I think the best option is to cook the meals at home. The road between the houses and the center is beautiful but is long. The train is a nice option but is frequently full, and just ride 2 times an hour. So if you don't have a car prepare for walk, even in the rain.

Nice houses, couzy place, close to Legoland.

Ifyou come by car, well then you can probably bring toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets etc with yourself, but if you are a traveller with a hand luggage, then it's weird that yiu need to go to the shop and buy everything. :) Another strange thing- you cannot order the towels and bed linen to be already in you apartments,so have to go to the counter and then carry quite a weight (for abigger family) with yourself a decent distance. And 3rd thing- couldn't find any hairdryer in Lalandia aquacenter. 😂😂

it is a great location for a holiday, in a big campus, with lots of playgrounds for kids, access to Lalandia Aquadome and Monky Tonky indoor playground, they have small goats which children can pet the cabin is spacious, a great alternative for a small hotel room, so in my opinion, it is the best accommodation option in Billund

I don't understand why you have to pay separately for the towels and linen, though it was not a problem the payment, but the fact that you have to take them by yourself to the cabin, on top of all your luggage - maybe you can make a reservation system, pay for them separately in advance and have them already delivered at the cabin before the guests arrive the same goes for toiletries, soap, kitchen rolls, maybe you could provide them at an extra cost we found toilet paper and detergent for the washing machine already in the cabin

Additionally, there were extra charges for towels and bed linen, which I hadn’t expected. The extra fee for energy consumption was another surprise, which added to the overall cost. It would be great if these essentials were included in the price, considering the already high rates."

Houses are quite big and we can find all you need to prepare something quick in the kitchen. Food and drinks are nearby and you can visit also the supermarket. The Aquadome is really nice and will be a perfect for kids. Also visiting the Playground Monkey Land was really fun for the kids. Prices for food and drinks are expensive but I guess is normal for such a big waterpark. Bring your own towels if you can.

You have to pay for utilities but you can not see how much will cost you ... Like reading some utilities key numbers before and after checkout -- they say that is automatic but they will charge you 500 DKK upfront like a deposit. This is not written anywhere on Booking. They told us that on the day of the checkout we will get automatic email with an invoice for utilities and some of the money back from the deposit ... still waiting. On our first night it was raining and in the kids room water has infiltrated from the ceiling and run down the wall right on the pillow of the bed.

The house was spacious, clean and nice with 3 bedrooms, the possibility to have meals inside and outside, beds were comfy, the surroundings were nice, a walkable distance to Lalandia, LegoHouse and Legoland. The houses are next to each other, but the area is quiet and no problem with sleeping.

The house was not well equipped - You have to bring your own soaps, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, toilet paper, linen, towels, coffee filters etc etc. Not talking about salt, sugar, pepper or smth. Coming via airport and hand luggage, it's a bit challenging. The area of houses is large and the way back to the entrance can be long. Earlier check-in is not possible.
