I enjoyed my stay at Harper Boutique Hotel. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable The location is quite perfect; 10min from the airport, 5min to the city centre, and right across the road from Imago Mall.

My room was clean however there were fruit flies. The hotel looks very new in the photos but in reality it's age, the management could have done a better job at the maintenance. .

Location is good, facilities is good and meet my needs. Hotel surrounded by good restaurant (chicken claypot nearby so good), convenient store and cafe. Check in and check out process was smooth. I'm so impressed the good smell when walk in.

Soundproof was not good. I heard from staff that on some floor there are a night club hence the beat affects the vibe of relaxation. I spent a night in a room shared wall with my friends and I heard his voice in the night time.

Location is near to imago mall and places we want to visit. The room is clean and comfort. Staff are friendly and willing to help.

so difficult to find a parking in the basement with all reserved parkings, and need to transfer 2 lifts and walk alot to get to the hotel. We have baby with us and few big luggages to carry, quite a complicated process.

I am not sure if they provide a breakfast but I really enjoyed my first time staying at Harper. A very cozy little hotel and good enough for small group. I really had a good rest and holiday. Thank you so much Harper!

Maybe they can add some more things like extra cotton buds, extra premium tea bags and other drinks. I prefer bottled water to be honest. Thank you.

The location was superb. The staff were friendly and replied to messages promptly. They tried their best to accommodate to our requests. We got the family suite and the size is just right for my husband and I. We were hardly in the room so even though the size is small, it was comfortable and plus it is tastefully decorated.

Above is a nightclub so if you are a light sleeper, you won’t be able to get a good night’s rest. There is no ramp to wheel our luggage up. The front door was heavy and made it inconvenient for us to enter and exit.

Good location, opposite Imago mall. Very convenient- All sorts of cafe/ restaurant/ convenient store on site. Room is compact, with basic amenities. Bed is comfortable. Helpful and kind front desk. 5- 10 mins drive from airport and 10 mins drive to the city centre. Our toilet drainage was blocked on the 1st night, however with the help of great housekeeping team, the issue had been handled on promptly- good job.

It doesn't have a grand hotel lobby, reception is not at the ground floor, which you have to go through a staircase alley to get to the lift. No onsite restaurant/ breakfast.

Harper Hotel is located at Sutera Avenue, a complex hosting stores, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. This means, everything you need to have is just a couple of minutes by foot away. Imago Mall is well in walking distance. The rooms are modern and clean.

FYI: There is a nightclub in the same building as the hotel. The hotel informs you about this very nicely and even with a follow-up message. Do not underestimate the noise and the vibrations. If you are a quick and deep sleeper, however, you will be awarded with a nice and modern room. Downtown KK is quite far away, I recommend getting a Taxi/Grab.

All of it! I was surprised at how well the hotel is. Didn’t expect a hotel in a shoplots are could be perfectly decorated, equipped and comfortable. The staffs are amazing and accommodating. Location is great & I’ll definitely repeat my stay here.

Almost nothing. There was just some noise from the clubs nearby. I felt a bit unsafe bcos they were people shouting at the building behind my room & it was at night. Other than that, all’s well!

clean, compact n value for money stay. hotel was clean n modern. surrounding location- lots of eateries and walking distance to Imago mall. their reservation team connected very well through whatsapp. very important as reminder and things to note.

however, room walls very thin and could always hear the planes flying over n guests slamming doors and talking loudly. not very restful stay
