Great hotel with lovely helpful staff. Near to local food and markets and easy to catch grab taxis everywhere you wanted to go - not far from the airport either. Room was a good size and had a kitchen with cooker, fridge, kettle and all the cutlery and crockery you would need and this was useful to have a quick breakfast before a packed day of sight-seeing - lots of local shops to buy supplies.

AC unit made a lot of noise but if you turned it off, the room would then get hot. The windows were pretty thin - could hear the street noises (even on 20th floor!) until 3am.... but once asleep, all was good.

Location was central to shops and supermarket, market. Clean and new. Stayed on 21st floor and the busy traffic noise was mostly not audible. Wonderful view of the sea and the city. Great to have filtered water dispenser and free coffee, and kitchen area.

Door to the room was very stiff and creaky. It was very difficult to get in and out. Toilet door also noisy -- easily disturbs other person sleeping. Strangely there was no hand towel...you had to rely on toilet paper to wipe the wet sink drops! Kitchen area was good, but again no towel for wiping. The walls are thin..you can hear conversations from the corridor. The quality of the breakfast and the range could've improved.

Recommended, I would definitely choose to stay here again. You cant beat the locations. Walking distance to all the hotspots, free multi-storey parking on site, excellent waterfront view, good services and wifi. They provide a communal water dispenser on each floor too which was awesome.

The room size is relatively big (studio seaview-26m) but the overall room itself was not spacious because of built in furniture layout. So if you have a lot of luggage its probably not the best option. Shower drains sometimes had the sewerage smells too. But otherwise the room is perfect. Also it’s right in front of the fish market. Its not the hotels fault but this does result in whiffs of fishy smells in the air. Its also directly under the flight paths for planes landing in the city airport, hence its noisy. This didnt bother us but it may be a problem if youre sensitive to noise or smells.

The amenities of a lounge, including every unit with its kitchen and, importantly, laundry facilities.

The easy access of outsiders from the opposite service apartment via the swimming pool. It Should have some sort of tighter security access. We can't simply allow them to come on the Citadines site. Also, 12-months ago the lounge had amenities of coffee machines, fresh milk and water perculator. Now it has nothing. That makes it a cheapskate value. Appreciate to place the coffee machine and water perculator for drinking filtered water cold-hot.

Everything is exceed the expectation, the lift and everything is convenient. The swimming pool has great view, you can caught sunset at the visitor lounge area. Shop and restaurant nearby is just few mins , 24/7 store also available same building. Parking area in the building is free and safe.

Apartment room should have in-room laundry for guest stay more than 2 night. Increase the number of room that provided washing/laundry machine. Other than that, all is awesome.

Location! Right in front of night markets, where you can find all local foods, seafood restaurants, souvenirs, fruits, etc. Malls are just a few walks away. Free covered car park for hotel guest. Kitchen with complete equipment and utensils in the room. All the staff were amazingly helpful.

The studio premier queen was too small. Only 1 desk & chair(no sofa as displayed in the picture). With the same price, I can get much bigger room at other hotels. Breakfast was OK, but the option could be more. Worth to return but might upgrade to bigger room.

This is a brand new hotel in KK, right in front of many markets in the city. The hotel itself is stunning, modern and clean with a lot of facilities, great infinite pool and a nice gym. The room is spacious and clean with everything you need. Breakfast was great with a lot of sweet options. In general, I would recommend this hotel to international travelers too.

If I have to say something, I would mention the fact that you cannot open the window in the room, as a result you don’t have air refreshment. Also, the bathroom didn’t have enough light

I really loved my stay here. The staff are wonderful and extremely accommodating. I'd asked for a quiet room while booking due to health concerns, and they went over and above to find me a room that worked. They gave me four options, and showed them to me, and allowed me to pick the quietest one. Note that I stayed there during the Eid celebrations and the room I settled on was wonderful- couldn't hear a thing (but had to sacrifice the view). Also, there was a day when it was raining and they gave me an umbrella to use. They also helped me with information to book excursions directly through them which made it much easier to pick what to do, and they were really clear on what was expected of me. The hotel is still under construction so many of the amenities are new (like the pool and gym) and some are not open yet (the bar). Right now, they've got rooms till the 9th floor, but the hotel is set to go up to 23 floors. They were also under construction while I was there, but I heard absolutely nothing. The view from the bar (it's fully furnished, just not a functioning bar) was spectacular, as it's got really comfy seating overlooking the ocean. I especially loved the gym. The lifts are also super fast and the location is close to loads of places to eat and shop. Their major mall is about 5-10 minutes away in a cab. Also the WiFi was great- fast, no lagging- wonderful!

The quality of their breakfasts changed too much- one day it was super simple, another day there were loads of options. Maybe keep the quality consistently high to match the hotel's ambiance. Also their beds are on the firmer side, and I prefer a pillow-top or memory foam bed. They did provide me with extra pillows, but that didn't help much.

We liked that it is near to town, easily accessible to places we wanted to go. Room was clean, big and spacious. We also read comments that they were strong fishy smell at the lobby, i think the hotel did infuse aromatic scent- so that is not an issue anymore.

Check out town stated on booking.com was 12pm-1pm, so we thought we could check ourselves out around 12.30pm. But the reception called at 12pm and said "check out is now" and chuckled. so i think they could be better trained by the hotel. We also saw a big cockroach on our floor on the corridors, we quickly notified the housekeeper so she caught it.

Easy access to Pasar Filipin just across the road. Near to other tourist attractions, eateries. Magnificent views of sunset. Near to pasar basah but no worries, the smells only reach you at the parking area. After all, it’s out of the hotel’s control right? Once you step into the premises, they welcome you with the pleasant atmosphere. Really enjoying our stay here.

Careful of the “kids” outside the premises especially when you are coming back from across the road. Sometimes they will follow you but they won’t follow until the lobby area. Just be extra careful.
