The hotel is beautiful . The receptionist very kind and friendly, the hotel is very close to the shops and the night market. There is a 7 eleven / 24hr store near the hotel , easy to walk, no need to use a car, can save car fuel and money from paying for car parking ✨

Just one thing I would like to emphasize to the room cleaners, please clean the reserved room carefully before the guests check in to the hotel because I found there was a lot of hair on the floor of my room and the toilet. I already asked for a broom to be sent to my room but there is none, I don't want to trouble the cleaners to clean my room, so I want to sweep myself, but no broom was delivered that day, and please give the guest a good towel, instead of a torn one because the towels in my room are torn and smelly. Maybe the quality of the towel is not good to use 🥲

Value for money. Good location, very ideal for people who want to walk around and explore the city by foot. Decent size rooms for the price you're paying. And they even have irons & ironing boards in the hallways for you to use/borrow when needed. A plus is that it has an elevator (lift).

Overall good. But if you are asking for a room with a window, ask which section your room will be. Because be aware that your window could literally be facing a "common walk-way balcony". Some people might not feel safe because sometimes the window does not shut all the way (due to the type of lock placed on the window).

Good modern hotel. The people at the lobby were always there, which is nice to have, calling for a taxi or information. We were able to leave our bags while in Mt Kinabalu. The bed was comfy, and the hot water was very hot. There is filtered water on every floor. The room is quiet, and the one we had 319 had view to the sea.the hotel is in a central spot close to all amenities, including motorcycle rental, the jetty, and good restaurants.

Internet was intermittent. TV had only local TV. If at least we could cast from the phone to the TV would be great. I had my daughter!

1. Comfortable bed as always. 2. Great location, walkable distance to major shopping malls, old and new. 3. Have water dispenser for drinking. Great gesture by the hotel honestly. 4. Keep improving then should be alright.

1. Expected extra pillow but can provide only one. In the future or next visit, hopefully this should be sorted out. 2. TV channels kinda useless since the first time I came. Should improve on this as well.

2 things am uncomfortable with the facilities. 1)The toilet. Its has no water host or even bidet. Its kinda problematic for muslim visitor especially those travelling with elderly. Like me, travelling with my mom and aunty, they having trouble using the toilet bowl. 2) The smell of lemon grass around hotel from the lobby, in the lift until the room floor. I work with major perfum company. So i think i can advice regarding this matter Dont spray touch. Just a medium amout will do. Oversprayed will gives discomfort to the smell sence.

A good solid budget room with an easy 10 minute walk to our dive boat every morning. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

The only negative is that any noise from the street or other rooms is heard quite clearly, especially later at night. If I were diving, I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good price-quality offered. Perfect location near shopping areas (such as Wisma Merdeka) and touristic points (Gaya street and jetty docks at Jesselton point). I will repeat.

Nice hotel near several interesting points at KK, such as Gaya street or Jesselton point, where you can get a boat to the islands. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room where I could peacefully rest after long days at the city.

Booked a family room on the same day of our stay via booking.com and we arrived at KK at 10 pm. We were tired from the long drive but we were glad that checked in process went smoothly. The hotel did not give complimentary bottle water yet provide water dispensers in every corner of the room so we can easily filled our bottles. The room was okay and clean, good for one night stay.
