We were looking for something intimate with good vibes, and this is exactly what we got! The staff was exceptional, the cabin had everything we were looking for. This place is not on the beach, but is only a few minutes from the beach down a path that had interesting restaurants and services. We found this to be a perfect location!

This place is not for people with limited accessibility issues, as getting to our cabin meant climbing a hill as well as several steps to get to the room.

The owner and the staff went above and beyond to provide good service. Beautiful grounds and friendly canine/felines to keep us entertained. Even on the rainy days we had, we could sit outside on our porch and admire the view.

I don't know how it could have been better.

Location was good, a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. We rented chairs from Bananarama for our stay. The included breakfast was good with a choice from 2 items every day. We stayed across the street from the main lodge so we didn’t really get the vibe of the wooded atmosphere, but our accommodations were awesome! Great snorkeling from shore, a short walk down the beach. You need to go out a ways to the edge of the reef to see more fish and better coral as the reef is bleached in close. Make certain and book reservations for dinner at Naboo. It’s not on the beach but the food was superb. All in all a wonderful time .Thank you for a great stay!

Great location a few minutes walk to the beach where you will find shops and bars/restaurants. Accommodation in the bungalows was comfortable, with air conditioning and all the amenities you need (hairdryer, bathroom supplies, equipped kitchen for cooking). There is a great pool and sunbeds with towels that you can use. Breakfast served every morning was great. The owner and all the staff were very nice and helpful.

Celeste, the owner, was welcoming and very good host during our stay. She made sure our stay was comfortable by consistently checking how we were and what we needed. The hotel location is very good and strategic as it's just a couple of steps from the beach and nearing restaurants. The bungalow was very clean and well-equiped (water, new oven, dishes, cutlery, mini-bar, A/C, TV, clean towels... ) with all we needed. Laundry service was an extra layer of convenience and very helpful when you have family. Lorelie helped us in getting us around the area, her assistance to pick us up and dropped us off us on time was key. We will miss Rene who gave us a good tour in the Island (Jonesville Mangroove, Punta Gorda, Wagundan Restaurant) and gave us additional tips for the Island to visit.

Breakfast with limitations in quantity and choice. Can be improved. We found the restaurant in the Hotel expensive. I would avoid the little zoo for the Island Tour, is too expensive too.

What a gem!!! I can’t say enough about this lovely place! Beautiful oasis with the best owner and staff one could imagine. Our room was perfect, lovely relaxing atmosphere, and delicious food! Pool was being retiled, but owner, Celeste, graciously gave guest $200 discount on spa package, and the most delicious rum punches daily. Best massage and rum punches I’ve ever had! My friend and I had a delightful time at this gem of the Caribbean!!! Lorelie was very attentive to our every need! Thank you all at West Bay Lodge and Spa for the attention you gave us at your beautiful retreat at West Bay Lodge and Spa!!!

😀The staff, including the owner Celeste, and Managers, Melonie and Lorelie, are friendly and helpful. They became like family by the end of our stay. Melonie even booked a dinner reservation and driver for us on her day off, and bought us tea when my husband became sick. 😀The animals on the property are great. One of the cats, Clyde, adopted us as his people during our stay.

No complaints! They redid the pool while we were there, and it was a bit dusty, but it was a good time to update it as we were the only guests before high season starts in December. They cleaned up the dust on our verandah daily, and Celeste offered us complimentary spa treatments in compensation, which were fabulous.

A short 3 minute walk to the beach but away from the front. Rooms were spacious, very well equiped and very clean. Staff were lovely throughout. We rented snorkel's and fins from the hotel at a very good price for the duration of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay here and would go back.

The breakfast was good, but it was confusing where it was. One day was outside the room the next in the hotel. Not a big deal but this could be communicated better at check in.
