I was pleasantly surprised that the breakfast included so many different items. I was expecting just Danish and coffee and fruit but they provided eggs and sausage and hash browns and bagels and Waffles everything was very good.

Actually I was pleasantly surprised about a lot of things I enjoyed the walk-in shower which is what I requested. Had a very nice hot shower. Although it wasn't like something you would find at a posh Hotel but I rather enjoyed it it was simple it provided everything I needed and I would go there again. I don't believe I've ever gone to a Best Western before but I would go again especially to that one.

Breakfast was fair. Location was excellent. No noise though it is close to the freeway.

The extra $20 fee for early check in. We were only about an hour early; one hour, I don't think it makes that big of a difference. Anyhow, I will stay again here; we will just make sure to get there exactly at 3:pm.

Stayed in pet friendly room, as was traveling with my cat. Room was clean, and did not have evidence or smell of other prior pets. Sometimes these dedicated rooms have bad scents, and my ground floor room did not. Very convenient to park my car directly in front of room. Quiet hotel and decent complimentary breakfast. Easy check in/out process. Walking distance to several fast food chains directly next to, or across the street. Beds and pillows comfy.

Nothing. Room fit my needs and there were no negatives that I can think of. Good value for price.

The rooms were clean but a lot of flies! Breakfast was good! Over all I would stay again

Not enough towels in our room! I was disappointed that the pool wasn't opened a little later, at least until 10:00 pm

Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

The floors are dirty. I purposely bring bedroom slippers because hotel room seem to be notorious for dirty floors. I only stayed 1 night, and my washable white bedroom slippers were already black on the bottom.

The location is perfect if you are going to Wet'n'Wild

The door to our room did not close well and you were able to see quite a bit of day light through the sides of the door which sort of kept us up at night.

Nice big room, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Close to Carlsbad National Park. Very good restaurant - Mariacos El Buchon - just north of hotel - delicious!!

The breakfast was good, the rooms were nice and clean. I liked that the room had a mini fridge and pull out couch was great for my daughter.

The pool was dirty and the hot tub was out of service.

Easy to find. Rooms are comfy and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff always had a smile on their face, very accessible.

Liked the breakfast. Husband is diabetic and there were enough healthy choices for him.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was fine.
