Staff was friendly. We checked in and out quickly. Breakfast was great! Room was comfortable and what we needed for our family. Love the different lighting in room and bathroom. We will definitely be staying again when we come back to El Paso.

Towels and bedding were clean but it didn't seem like they did a great job with cleaning. There was some trash left in room, bathroom floor had not been swept and some of the furniture was dusty. Keurig was pretty dusty too. Would be nice if there was an herbal tea option for the keurig. Other than that everything else was great!

The property was centrally located and secure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offered free breakfast every morning with different types of breakfast items. The rooms were clean and very big. Each room had its own fridge and microwave. Toiletries were all Dove and the hotel had toiletries to give you in case you left a comb, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, razor, shaving cream, etc. There was a pool, laundry and a gym available for guests. We enjoyed our stay here!

Location was fine, but I wish that it was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. However, with that said, it was literally a 5-10 minute drive to the heart of all the activities.

The room was very nice and spacious, breakfast was good and had a nice little variety.

The pull out couch didn't have sheets or its own pillow. We were 3 staying in the room and the towels were only for 2 we did call down for extra towels this was before we found out about the pull out sofa bed. Those were the only 2 little complaints

Our room was huge and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was great and the complimentary breakfast was exceptional. Easy access to the highway and local areas. Convenient parking. Fitness center was well appointed.

The pool was very cold (it did kind of make sense with how hot it was). The dryer stopped working while we were doing laundry. They close the breakfast the MINUTE it’s over (understandable). We could hear neighbors walking and opening/closing their doors.

Super clean, quite and staff were great

Two minor things, would not change my ratings at all. One of the two days I could eat breakfast(left for work before it opened), oven broke so they only had cereal and breads. I stayed 7 days and was suppose to have a “deep clean” after 5th day but they did not.

Loved the space of the room! it was able to host a 6 foot Christmas tree. The bed was comfy and breakfast had a variety of options. The hotel staff were also always nice.

The sewage in the bathroom stinks really bad. Not sure if they is a hotel problem or an El Paso issue but it wasn't pleasant. I also would have prefer for our bedroom sheets to be changed daily.

Bobby was great! He had outstanding customer service from the moment we walked through the door! He was very friendly and personable. We travel a lot and will continue to stay at your location due to not only the room being nice, comfortable, and spacious but mostly because of the amazing customer service we received!

The staff was always very welcoming and pleasant. My family felt safe coming in and out of the location and appreciated the staff always on duty. The breakfast was good. And the location was perfect for the area we were visiting.

No grab bars by bathroom toilet. We are older and had recent knee surgery. More/a safety grab bar in the mobility accessible room close to toilets would be very helpful for older guests like ourselves to help lift up.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was great with good variety. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They can do better with the quality of tissue and tp.
