This hotel exceeded my expectations! The renovations so far are beautiful, and the rooms are equipped with everything you may need (nice size refrigerator, dishwasher, mini stove top, microwave etc.). Breakfast is very basic, but they do have a pancake machine, so that's different, but I wish they had some more options like scrambled eggs. Ultimately, I look forward to seeing the new front desk and all the other completed renovations.

The shower wasn't clean when I arrived and the used bath wash, shampoo, and conditioner was still in there. I always bring my own soap and bath essentials, so I wasn't too worried about that part, and being that it was newly renovated it was easy to wash out.

Location was perfect and easy to get to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were amazing and comfortable and very clean. Housekeeping was super sweet and greeted us with a friendly smile. Breakfast and coffee was great! I wish we stayed another night to enjoy the gym and pool. If we ever return we will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was too expensive. Also, I received this survey from booking.com a full month after staying at the hotel. Why? Am I supposed to keep notes on the condition of the bathroom and the breakfast bar just so some company can send a survey weeks after the stay?

After a 600 mile drive I wanted a good mattress on the bed and a quiet room. We also wanted to see the state park nearby so it was the perfect location for that. We like to use the loop around El Paso when passing through so again it was in a great location to get out of town without too much traffic early the next morning. It was conveniently located near good dining and other shopping centers.

A great Senior Program that gives good discounts for being an old codger.

The rooms are spacious. The staff are extremely friendly. I really like their pancake maker😍😍😍 About the city - we met the mayor of El Paso.

They do not clean the rooms for those who only stay for 5 days to a week. I wish they did some cleaning on the third day!

Friendly staff. Location. Even though the property is in the process of being renovated, the rooms were nice and clean.

Dogs. The property allows dogs. Some dog owners need to keep the dogs quiet at night. Several times during the night, you could hear the dogs barking.

The staff was very helpful . The facility was very nice. The room was well taken care of and everything we we're hoping for was there

It was very clean and o like that they use dove products.

I’m not gonna say I didn’t like but they should have a better select of breakfast.
