Spacious Clean and Comfortable Room. Nice Big TV with excellent picture quality. Watched Comedy Central all 4 days that I was there! Really kept me laughing at The Office Show! AC was whisper quiet and cold!! Alot of hotels have those loud annoying air conditioners, not this one. Young male attendant was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again as you get a very clean upscale room for your money.

For some reason, it is always a hassle for me NOT to be put on the 3rd floor!! It’s scary up there to me and my balance is not what it used to be, especially with carrying luggage. Each time in Booking, I write 2nd or 1st floor but when I get here, they always try to put me on the 3rd floor! They say that’s all they have! I complain that I need 2nd or 1st and then magically there are not one but several 1st n 2nd floor to choose from!! What’s the deal!! Why the hassle!! If I need to pay more NOT to be on 3rd floor WITHOUT the hassle, I’ll be glad too!! No problem!! I don’t even care King Queen Double Bed, just NOT 3rd floor!!

Another front desk receptionist. Not sure of his name or ethnicity but it seemed like he was a bit racist and was following us at some points. Never tried to be helpful but seemed to be looking for a reason to harass us about smoking in the designated areas, which we definitely were abiding by all rules. Been here for over a week and he's the only one my guests have said that he makes them feel uncomfortable

I like the attendant at the front desk, he was very nice and polite when checking us in. I had an issue with my TV and when he came to fix it he asked every time if it was OK to enter. He apologized which it was not his fault. I was passing thru headed to North Carolina l will definitely stop there again and I would recommend 👍🏾

Only the stuff from trees floating in the deep end of the pool that you could suck up if swimming with your mouth open lol. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Microwave though I didn't use, refrigerator I did use, decent wifi, a/c was good, nice large bed with plenty of pillows.

Hard to close entrance door and while closed difficult to lock deadbolt. No handrails in bathroom, tub drained slowly so soapy water was left in tub for extended period of time making tub initially slippery when entering. Tub faucet had leak. (Notified front desk of slow leak and drain at checkout stated they would notify maintenance.) No " Do Not Disturb" sign like I'm use to in days gone past, housekeeping came knocking both days, Saturday and Sunday, waking me up, no real issue here, just a really small issue to me and definitely nothing to "ding" them for since they were there, for I believe, turn down service.

WiFi was better this time, it maintain connection the entire time and the speeds were fine as well. They had no issues putting me on the ground floor without having to actually request it. Bed was fine with just the right amount of pillows, and they changed the towels out, not really a huge issue though I don't usually stay long enough to make the request.

Not a deal breaker or a big deal, however, they didn't just use the same card I used to pay for the room but instead it was necessary for me to swipe it a second time while there at the counter for the so called "damage" deposit.

My daughter and I were enroute to SC and needed a room for the night. We were late arrivals and the hotel staff were nice enough to let us do a late check-in. Ourr room was big, very clean and the beds super comfortable. It might not look fantastic from the outside but the room was very nice. Although we didn't use the pool, it was very inviting. Coffee was available in the front lobby and an elevator is available for higher floors. If we're in this area again, I'd definitely book a room here again.

The room was large. The shower soaps have wall dispensers, which is preferred over the small bar soaps. The staff was friendly.

There was a strong chemical smell in the room. The quality of the TV picture was poor. Loud noises outside the room and in the unit above started before 9 AM.

The check-in front desk person was excellent, she recognized that I was a veteran from my driver's license and thanked me for my service, room was clean, bathroom was clean, location was pretty much right around the corner from my planned Saturday evening destinations.

Wifi was a little better than fair to fine, have had faster at other locations I have stayed at and it did drop connection a couple of times. A little annoying but not overly frustrating.
