Its a great spread of breakfast (Indian and continental) and service in the restaurant was very good. Food is very tasty and the restaurant is very clean. Though initially I was not impressed with the location, I realized that it is easily accessible and if someone prefers to travel in Metro, Best location as the metro station is just 25 mts from the property. Room was very spacious, provided with all amenities that normally you see in a 4 star. No complaints with house keeping.

Rather I would suggest that the professionalism of those providing services could be enhanced. They are very nice and do the expected job but they seem to lack professional training. Same at the restaurant. The only thing I felt they lacked was the anticipation. If asked, they do the job great. If you don't ask, they don't anticipate. Not flexible on the checkout time (if that is a criteria of stay. Perhaps they are always booked.

I had done online payment, they had deducted 30,844/-rs for my 3 days stay for 2 rooms with gst..for my surprise they had again deducted 30,844/-rs..we vacated the property on 16/8/24 around 4.30am..hotel staff in reception told us it was a mistake done,will refund..it 19th August still haven't received the refund amount credited in my account..these type of double payments makes our trip miserable..make sure the amount refunded to my credit card immediately and doesn't happen to any other customers.. Thank you

Very comfortable and clean rooms, and extremely helpful and respectful service from staff. I was upgraded to a bigger room for no extra cost. The beds were really comfy! Room service options were slightly pricey but very nice. I felt very safe as a female solo traveller.

The bathroom smelled like cigarettes the entire time thanks to neighbouring guests. The room also faced the main road and was a bit noisy from the traffic, especially the trucks at night. But can't fault the hotel for either of these!

Each and every stuff of the property was very helpful and well behaved. You will get good response 24x7 from the hotel stuffs. Rooms are specious, clean and comfortable.

Location of the property is the only problem. There was no restaurant, pharmacy or shopping mall nearby. Although the metro station just opposite to the property but if you need anything real quick it’s hard to get especially after 10pm. The price of food of the in house restaurant is not cheap. Also the room price is high compared to similar facilities in other hotels.

Literally PERFECT location near metro station. Beds are one of the softest I've ever slept in, with strong shower pressure and fantastic restaurant downstairs (had lunch there also). Managed to check-in super early around 5 AM for a small fee and this day already came with breakfast! Very efficient staff, appreciate the stay!

Would be great to have more western TV channels in the room and more westerns food options for breakfast! :)

The hotel is located right next to the Lakdkikapul metro station and makes many tourist spots easily approachable both--by metro and by the road. The breakfast was too good! We enjoyed the complementary breakfast on all 3 days of our stay! I especially liked the punnugullu and the coriander and garlic chutneys. We also had delicious dinner on two nights at the hotel. The room was also good and spacious. On our last day, we requested the staff to keep our luggage in a safe place, as we had checked out of the room, but had around 8 hours to spend in the city. The staff fulfilled our request and meticulously tagged all our luggage and secured it in their room. We appreciated the staff's way of securing our luggage, until we returned. I would definitely stay at the same place whenever I happen to visit Hyderabad again.

We expected a room with a better view. Another building blocked the view of our window. We hope to get a room with a different, more scenic view, if possible, next time.

The hotel is situated in a nice location and is accessible to all famous places where a tourists love to go. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good and the food was very tasty.

Most of the rooms were nice and very clean. Some rooms the tiles were broken and we were forced to change the room.

Ideal location. Just walking distance to metro station. Nestled inside from the main road; honking vehicles are heard much less. Good breakfast buffet. Spot of filter coffee. Staffs were helpful as well.

House keeping entering rooms without permission. I was taken aback by this behaviour. Need to improve on this.

I like the room size and restaurant (rasa) is really very good..they were serving right kind of food..and I really appreciat the hotel staff to be considerate enough to take pain to pack my breakfast, as I will be leaving for work early in the morning.

The property need little renovation..the bathroom was not having slopes and water is getting filled all over (this is damaging the bathroom's door) and later stagnant water is started stinking.. Rest everything is good, as per the 3 star ratings..

The location is just below the metro station and the staff behaviour and cleanliness is top notch. Hotel is nearby to all major sightseeing destinations. They are responsive and I got a very good deal for the hotel. The breakfast was tasty and Rasa restaurant is amazing. All in all worth the money and my family loved it. Will stay in Best western always .

I wish there was a breakfast provided otherwise everything was top notch.
