No staff understands telugu and it’s a problem

There is no unlimited cold water available in the rooms. You have to buy bottled water. They should provide cold water in this season and need not be packaged RO/ Filtered water will do. Pillows need to be changed and if a customer asks for two extra pillows it should be provided. Tea bags and sugar sachets should be kept in the room. Only two tea bags are kept for two people for the day. You have to keep asking for tea bags and it made me feel as if I was begging for that. They finally gave me the tea bags after I convinced them that I won’t take them home! The staff was good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed, which made it feel like a home away from home for someone coming from the US. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring I always had everything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful whenever I had a question or request. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming stay!

Very nice staff, clean rooms, excellent location near consulate. Lots of eateries around. Complimentary breakfast was an icing on the cake.

Not a dislike but it will be great for someone new there if in room food service can be started.

The location was really close to the US Consulate. The breakfast is good but more items can be included. The bathrooms are really small but clean rooms and really good service. Asha is an asset to this place. Very thoughtful and caring person.

The Hotel is very near to the US consulate and anyone coming for Interview at the US Consulate will find this hotel useful. The staff are courteous and the rooms are clean. Bonus - Their food is really good.

Bathroom was literally a matchbox But since i had to stay only one night it was ok

One thing that stands out is the location . It’s super clean and the staff are courteous. I would recommend it to anyone who is coming here for the Visa processes.

Wish the size of the bathroom could be more.
