it was a great property i think certain staff were great but most were not attentive. also the spa massage was horrible asked for deep tissue and just got a soft rub with oil. for what we paid i did not feel it is worth the money. i have stayed in better places in costa Rica for half the price including flights. staff there are super attentive.

it was over prices for what you get. since the staff knows its all inclusive they are not as attentive. the massage was a waste of money worse i have ever had.

Cleanliness, customer service, and attention to detail. Staff extraordinary, exceptional, pleasant and friendly.

Food a huge disappointment and mediocre for an all inclusive property…definitely expected better. Early check in/late check out fee is a bit unreasonable and zero flexibility.

The surroundings of the plants and trees was amazing. The feeling of peace and calm was incredible. The food was insanely delicious and now I'm going to have to go on a diet. LOL

This was one of the best birthday vacations ever! Wes (property tour guide) was super friendly and made us feel comfortable. Shery, who was our waitress multiple times, was the absolute best! Our housekeeper checked on us like no other! She made us feel like we were homeI wish I knew everyone's name because they were all fantastic. The ladies and gentlemen at the Tiki Bar, the DJ.....I could go on and on! Oh, and the food was outstanding! Now that I'm home, I don't want the food here, lol

I would like to have the inclusive activities available every day instead of particular days.

This resort has everything you might want in order to relax and enjoy your surroundings. The unit itself was decorated nicely, the linens were of high quality, the staff is expertly trained and skilled to give you quality attention without being intrusive. We hired the sunset sail. The skipper and first mate were very professional.

The resort sits with the bay on one border and the highway on the other. You know when you drove into the gates thst you took a right. So, you think you should turn left to return. But no, it’s a two lane highway, both heading in the same direction. You have to turn right to go a few blocks to reach the two lanes heading away. Bungalows needs to put a sign that says ONE WAY ONLY or RIGHT TURN ONLY. The very least the parking attendant should say something to that effect.

The bungalow was a perfect little haven, with everything we needed included.

The all inclusive nature of the stay meant the tiki bar was relatively busy at all times

Everything meet the expectation. I have never been to a place like this before. All the food and drinks were top chef. I will most definitely be coming back.

Our anniversary stay here was extraordinary. I can not begin to describe how the staff was very pleasant, professional & amazing at what they do. This is the perfect resort to relax & have a good time. This is a very Beautiful resort with so many things to do & it’s all inclusive. Food and drinks were amazing. This resort was worth it based off the customer service alone.

It is incredibly beautiful, peaceful and private.

The only negative was our particular bungalow had a bit of a septic smell and was pretty noticeable every time we entered but then I guess we got used to it. I thought about asking to switch to a different bungalow but I really liked having the end unit location and also we didn’t want to deal with a move hassle.

Amazing Food for all inclusive and drinks were not watered down. Variety of 3 restaurants to choose from and the place was Very private Exclusive which made it even more special. Grounds beautifully maintained and very very professional staff from waiters to housekeeping.

Only con was for the price you are paying the tips should be included. To solve the issue they could provide a section at checkout where you can enter tip amount on your bill to specific staff that stood out. Having to sign for 0 bill but with suggestion for tips was little much.
