Value for money Location - 6 minutes away from the port (where diving and tour boats leave from) Bed and Bathroom (quite clean and comfortable) Staff Late checkout Room upgrade (I booked a Single bed, got a King bed)

Some noise at night, I think my neighbors were loud getting into their room Nothing else - I almost didn't book because of the low rating but then realized most people had issues with things other than the bedroom itself

A special thanks to Nr. Santosh—he was always smiling, quick to help, and made me feel truly welcome. He did a fantastic job and really made a difference in my experience.

The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and fresh towels, tea, coffee and water were provided daily. There is a bar on site serving alcohol at reasonable prices. Good free WiFi. I only ate there a couple of times but the food was good, and reasonably priced. I will stay again.

There were restaurants on site, but no information was provided about their menus or opening times. It would have been good to have this info in the room.

Big interior parking, big clean room, comfy bed, loooooved the bathtub, superb shower, very good pressure hot water. Sepparate toilet, very appreciated. With pool you don't really need, as there is a beach a short stroll away. Excellent food, sooooo delicious, best veg curry ever, all fresh made. Staff & chef so friendly!

Dodgy looking hotel, but just from the interior's and decor perspective - room is so much bettel in style. No windows to open, so be prepared for the ventilation buzz you can't turn off - earplugs work great for the night, fhough.

1. Improved costumer service since last stay. 2. Newly hired gym staff to oversee gym and pool. 3. Complimentary BF is great. 4. Check-out time extended for free. 5. Location just 5 mins walk to Seeb beach, the beach is well maintained by the government.

The room was clean and nice.

The swimming pool wasn't open. The breakfast was a disappointment. They don't know what an omelette is. On the menu, it says filled with cheese and tomato and mushrooms. We got n pancake with onions and tomato pieces in. NO cheese and NO mushrooms. We sent it back and the same flat thing came back with a piece of processed cheese inside. NO mushrooms. Either learn how to make it properly or take it off the menu.

The location

The food (very poor breakfast included in the price) also in the restaurants, quite wired. Expensive and not good value for money. The rooms don’t have a window!

Their rooms are so big and got beautiful big bathroom, breakfast was nice. Very nice staff

The carpets and couches are not clean and got smell,, dinner meal didn’t taste good

This is the first time during my stay in hotels someone called me after 10:30 to tell me that my stay is including breakfast so don't miss it and they offered to bring to my room and they did. Also water flow for bathtub very good which fill it within short time. Sofa and matrices, are comfortable and staff and room service was good. Strongly recommended

It was good, but we chnage room due to ac not cooling, the staff are very helpful thank you for the quick action on our request. Definitely well visit again.
