This is a real luxury hotel, from A to Z. From the moment you arrive at the lobby, you realize that is a paradise. The entire stuff , all the people are perfect ready to satisfy your request. Everybody speak english and take care of the guest. Breakfast Is massive and fresh products. Room Is very spacious, with powerfull shower and separate toilet room. Lots of amenities comes free in the bath as well. Top restaurant with High class service , beautiful view on the 23 floor over the city. Location Is right in the middle of the main attractions. Cant be Better hotel in Astana!!!

Thank you to all the staff at the Beijing Palace - I was upgraded to a room on a higher floor because I arrived so late into the night. The room was spacoius, all toiletries were restocked every day, as were the towels. It was quiet, warm yet ventilated... and HUGE! The staff were very kind in spite of our respective language barriers (I had no Chinese or Kazakh, nor Russian). The breakfasts were super (Chinese and Western food) and the top floor views amazing.

The spa was a bit of a let-down - maybe I was the first customer in that day, but the sauna was cold and the steam room barely heating up. A minor grumble.

The location is great. Breakfast was good. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was quite good. The pool was very nice, my son loved all three, the main pool the kiddy pool and the jacuzzi. The staff was very helpful.

Some choices at breakfast ran out too quickly. Some facilities in the pool shower spa were not working (the steam room for example was out of order the four days we were there) or finished. The bill for the Hotelbar could not be charged to the room.

The great views and the buildings decor inside and out. The bedroom size and facilities, including the large number of complimentary toiletries - perfect for any stay. The restaurant on the 23rd floor is great, especially for dinner when it is revolving but also lovely for a breakfast with a view!

The room was very warm and the bed was very hard. This is great for those preferring this style of mattress but it was quite uncomfortable for us. The attitude of the staff in the bar lounge on floor 25 was a little rude and dismissive - like they didn't really want you to be there.

Spacious room and nice swimming pool.

The mattress was very hard and used; needs to be replaced otherwise the sleeping quality is marked very low despite the spacious room. Waterfall in the swimming pool wasn't in operation.

Nice hotel in a beautiful Chinese design in the city center. Good facilities, spacious and clean rooms. Most attractions are in 5 km radius from there. Nice pool and spa!

Service in the restaurant is a bit slow, waiting for a bill could take a lot of time. Also, in the restaurant you need to connect to a different WiFi network.

Renovation, service

The staff were highly trained and professional, there was no language barrier as everyone spoke English. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and the room was large. Breakfast was very enjoyable with a good variety of food and drinks. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, more than enough toiletries were provided and were of good quality. Overall wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

The revolving restaurant was not revolving at the time. Perhaps due to the weather or technical issues, but it is understandable.

Huge and comfortable rooms with a good facilities. Not so far from everything.

Basic breakfast for a five star hotel. If it is important spa and a swimming pool are from 90s’ but clean. Heater didn’t work upon arrival but I am sure that it was a local problem. Solved.

Very nice hotel and the staff are friendly and polite. Beds are a bit tough but very good hotel in a good location with many dining options and the city center park just around the corner.

Actually liked the bed, but not sure if it's good for the back or bad.
