Parking was available on the street - no problem when I arrived. There was a small parking lot near my building that had electric recharge for cars (which I did not need). First, I went to the office to register at which time they provided me two codes to get into the building, and then the apartment. This was a nice size studio apartment. I was traveling solo, so plenty of room. It would be fine for a couple. The kitchen was basic but very adequate for a short stay - I only used the microwave, not the stove (2 electric burners I believe). Nice size refrigerator. Some basic utensils and cookware. No dish soap that I could find! Bath room/shower very nice. Plenty of hot water. Apartment had a nice sofa and kitchen table as well as a nice bed. Very adequate lighting and electric window shades so one could really darken the room. Now - the Adlershof S-Bahn station close to the apartment was closed for renovations - however, the staff was able to help me determine which tram (try M17) I could ride to get to the next S-Bahn station (Schöneweide) closer to the city that was still operating. There was a nice shopping "mall" close by with a large Kaufland grocery store @ Rudower Ch 12, 12489 Berlin, Germany.

I can't think of anything. Now - I arrived on time; I am not sure what would happen if I arrived late at night. Parking late at night could be an issue, but I did not experience this.

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartments. The staff was friendly. They provided an extra bed for my son free of charge. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. The best part — there's a bathtub :) You can always grab a coffee in the lobby. Wonderful and comfortable. Next time we return to Berlin, we'll be happy to stay here again.

The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable: the windows of our apartment in building 4 faced the street, and since it was hot in the summer, we slept with the windows open. The passing cars were very noisy! Especially when it was an ambulance or police car with sirens blaring (I still don't understand why they need to use the siren at night). So next time, we'll request a room with windows not facing the street :)

Adapt apartments provide a great quality at very affordable prices. The apartment buildings are very new and cleverly designed. Our room was very comfortable and large. We had all the necessary amenities. The common room had extra amenities like a free coffee machine drink/food vending machines and nice couches. There is a free laundry room too. Overall excellent service! Thank you. Location is perfect. Only 25min S-Bahn distance from the airport. About 35min to city center. Five minutes walking distance to Adlershof S-Bahn Station. Very convenient. There is a Kauffman Supermarkt and many lunch or dining options nearby.

Nothing to complain about. We just loved it.

The area is nice and newly built (although far from the centre). Close to coffee shops and hypermarket. Terrace space is nice for ground floor apartments. Nice free coffee.

We had to wait more than 30 minutes to check in. Is it really necessary? Self check would be great. Also, check in at 15:00 and check out at 11:00 (do you really need 4 h to clean the apartment?) The bathroom has a sliding door and is next to the bed. It is noisy because you can hear even the ventilation in the bathroom. We asked for a quiet room (because we had a 7 month old baby) and received a room next to the street where we could hear cars and ambulances. Not nice.

Very spacious apartment with a decent sized living room and large bedroom. The walk-in wardrobe was an unexpected plus. Situated next to shopping centre and short walk from S Bahn Station nicely situated. Dinner at the Korean restaurant around the corner is an added plus. Good supplies of tea, coffee, etc. When needed, breakfast is offered in the hotel next door, but the cheaper and better option is the bakery in the supermarket across the road.

Temperature was quite high as it centrally regulated. Opening windows brings fresh air and lower temperatures but also noise on street side apartments.

A nice, spacious apartment with a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, including a coffee machine with capsules and a kettle for making tea.

The apartment is quite far from the city center, with public transport taking up to an hour. During our stay, there was a rail replacement service due to S-Bahn construction, requiring three transfers just to get downtown. We primarily booked in the Adlershof area for an event at the Erwin Schrödinger Zentrum, and for this purpose, it was perfect, as it was just around the corner. However, the price was too high for the location in general.

Huge flat. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Kitchen with plenty of cookware and utensils. I wanted for nothing. I was working nearby at my company's lab, so it was great to come 'home' to at the end of the day. It's near Kaufland, an excellent grocery store. Short walk from the train stop. Helpful & friendly desk staff (booked a taxi at 4am which took a debit card). Quiet. Near a tram stop, as well.

I don't know how to run a dishwasher, so some directions on how would be nice. I'm sure I could have asked the concierge but I didn't want to bother them with something so silly! So, it's really my fault. The building is deep in the suburbs which is fine for me but others might not like that.

this is apart hotel, so 6 buildings with apartments. Nice, big enough, very clean. Good equipped with cups, plates etc. Coffee and tee available in apartment. Good bed, very comfy pillows. great location, there is Kaufland and restaurants few hundred meters from facility, also unlimited source of food and whatever you may need. Public transportation 300 m from apartment. if you book early enough, you will get really good price. we paid 100€ for a night!

a little too noisy (street traffic) the rooms are not sound proof , so you hear all people on corridor, every slam of doors. Staff could be a little bit more friendly, but for standards of Berlin, they were friendly enough :)

I recently stayed at Adapt Apartments Berlin and everything was great. The accommodations were modern, clean, and well-maintained. The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met promptly. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully-equipped kitchen to cozy living space.

I like the Counter girl staff, pretty and nice. The Room big and almost occupied with all the things you need. Clean and comfortable. A big supermarket nearby within walking distance, and also some restaurants and dobby shop.

One thing, no aircon inside the room. I stay in July and will feel hot during daytime and need open window for fresh air. Nighttime still ok with the weather but still suggest at least a small fan provided for ventilation. the nearest metro station needs around 8-10 mins walking distance.
