The hotel is big enough to accommodate a large crowd of guests and yet it feels so comfortable and clean, the staff are always welcoming and friendly smiling, Infront desk staff are always polite and helpful. I like the huge parking space and the AC and hot water tub is nice too. Loved they have more than one kind of coffee & a coffee maker in the room. And decaf coffee is also good . I really felt so safe during my stay at the hotel for the whole week. After my check out I went to 2 hotels but then I came back again and extended my stay at holiday in for more 3 nights. It’s always the best . The hugeeeeee trees around the hotel is amazing I liked the walk every morning it was soo much comfy and relaxing too.

The man that was in a suit in front desk, he was straight forward and knew my wants. Also resolve issue problems, I find it amazing. 🙌🏻💯💯

The Asian lady staff, she was not a people friendly. She constantly confused me. She didn’t knew on how to resolve any issues. She felt confused, she was invariable. The employee needs training, also not properly trained. She needs to get fired, not come back to work.

Ginger Cafe- I loved being able to dine-in. The breakfast was delicious and affordable. Did not need to leave the property to get something to eat unless I wanted to. The staff is extremely nice/polite and helpful. Also loved the welcome/thank you bag, excellent gesture.

Everything was great but I would have liked a microwave in the room to heat up leftovers.

I didnt pay for breakfast when i booked my reservation because on the booking.com page said i can pay 16 dollars at the property and they charged me 26 dollars so total for two i ended up paying 60 dollars. Very upset.

The spaciousness and that the room was a nice chilled temperature when I got in.

That they don't have self check in. No water bottle was offered & I got charged a pet fee for my emotional support animal.

breakfast was ok - need more selections. With the rate daily parking should be free for customers that are checked in. Chairs in the room are ugly and old -need upholstery

furnitures in the room need upgrade, TV are small

Everything. It was quiet. Spacious. Great value. Enrique who checked me in set the tone for a good and safe visit. Traveling with my daughter all the above meant everything

Bed was a lil too firm for me but everything else was great.

Rooms are clean. Staffs are approachable. Area location is safe.

It would be nice if they offer free breakfast and also free parking for their customers.
