Almost everything indeed. Cleanliness, good bedding, spacious room with balcony, plenty of light ...Food is very good which is not so frequent in business hotels in Phnom Penh. The cook knows his job! The breakfast is very good, there is a good range of cold/hot food, excellent coffee, fresh fruits...all clean and tasty. What really makes the stay a bliss is the staff attitude, they are always helpful and ready to help in maby ways. And all that for a whoping reasonable rate (it was a kind of launching offer as I understand). But even at the standard rate, it's would be a real bargain

Very nminor details - a curtain holder was broken in the room, it hasn't been fixed during our stay - a bit noisy at times as ambulances are coming to the Calmette hospital across the road, and as well, noise from the traffic on Monivong starts before 6AM ; neverthless it doesn't prevent a good night rest - one of the gym machines was out of order - the topfloor terrace bar seemsed never to be staffed despite the hotel advertising happy hours there. One could leave without it...as happy hours were duly enforced in the dining room

The staff are awesome… all of them. The rooms are nicely appointed. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was so very good. The inclusion of a noodle station made it a notch up from most properties.

The hot water was weird for the first 8 days of my 10 day stay. It pulsed hot and cold. And then on day 9 it was fine. The restaurant (scene of awesomeness at breakfast time) was exceedingly disappointing for dinners. Most dishes were ordinary and one (the Som Tam) was utterly inedible. How is that possible? It’s not a dealbreaker, as there are plenty of fine restaurants in the vicinity. And finally the sky bar is not operational as yet.

Best hotel we have stayed in during our SE Asia 3 month tour. Lovely hotel, very helpful staff, great breakfast with varying choices everyday, loved the rooftop pool and rooftop area. Our room was at the back, very quiet and had a nice balcony. Room was enormous! Lovely big bathroom too. Free water daily and clean towels. Happy hour was great and worked out well for the sun set on the roof in the evenings. Recommend the mojito!

If bring picky. Maybe some sun beds or relaxing chairs on the roof top area. We use the sofas, but not ideal if a few people. There is no bar on the roof, but a QR code, but if foreign hard to operate, maybe a phone and number for the bar/reception.

My 4 nights in a clean large room with a comfortable Kingsize bed and breakfast included was great value. The view from the rooftop bar and swimming pool was a bonus. The desk staff are largely polite young university students who helped me get a sim on arrival ( same price as elsewhere) and with getting my first Grab Taktik as well as a few other helpful IT suggestions. The towels were a generous size too, even an extra one for swimming.

The great value makes up for its slightly more out of ”central“ location. I did walk to the river/ centre but it was really a tuktuk ride to most places except to Wat Pnom. But it’s easy and cheap to get a tuktuk!! The breakfast could be improved a little with fresh yoghurt and muesli but for the price, I was happy with a freshly cooked omelet!

Would be nice to have a bar up at the pool Noisy at time due to being on main road Reception staff were lacking when we arrived we were asked to wait in the foyer for 40mins as there was a problem with our room they needed to fix however they had messaged me earlier that morning to ask when time I would be there and I had arrived already an hour after the specific time. They then told us the room was ready and then that it wasn’t when we were on our way to the room. Also they took our bags while we waited and then didn’t know where they were when we asked for them. Small mistake could be fixed easily.

Location is good, 15 min walk to Phnom Wat, the main temple. Tuktuks are everywhere, quite affordable. The room is good size and has everything you need (toiletries, TV, comfy beds, Wi-fi). Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Wi-fi was slow to have a video call but it was good overall. 24h before check out we asked for a takeaway breakfast because we were checking out quite early. The receptionist even called us afterwards and double checked if we want Western or Asian food. However, next day at 5:30 am there was no breakfast at the reception. They quickly made sandwiches upon our request but it is sad that they didn't communicate properly to the kitchen what we ordered almost 24h before.

The hotel was very clean, especially the towels and bed sheets. The breakfast was great. The staff was ok, but especially SaKan, Srey Leop and other guys in the dining area were especially helpful and have smily faces all the time. They were very professional.

The room was big but not very comfortable wlth mirrors. There came a bad smell from the air conditioning. The bathroom door was broken and not fixed in 5 days although we informed the guys in the reception area.

Staff were absolutely amazing, waiting up until 4am to check us in and constantly asking if we were okay. Felt like a local hotel with their service. Breakfast was very very tasty with local cuisine every morning and unreal banana bread. Stunning roof top pool which was always completely empty. Cannot recommend enough

Bar on the rooftop pool was never staffed but we didn’t care, you could bring up drinks from the downstairs bar if you wanted. We were so happy to have the peace

The hotel was clean with friendly staff. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfy. The staff were very helpful when we had an issue with hot water one evening. They allowed us to use a different room for a shower and hot water was fixed the next morning.

The shower head - you can't change the angle so it sprays out if the back. It would be good to have an adjustable holder so you can angle it down.

Spacious room and big bathroom, good location, good amount and varieties of breakfast, there is a lounge area on the roof deck to relax and enjoy the city view, there is a small swimming pool as well and basic gym equipment.

Nothing apart from the lighting in the room which is not that bright enough for me.
